"Das Solar Madariaga ist ein unglaubliches Hotel, in einer aussergewöhnlichen Gegend, das Valle del Elqui. Wenn es möglich wäre, würde ich für Vicuña und für das Solar Madarigada mehr als 5 Sterne geben. Das Hotel ist so durchdacht und schön, es fängt bei den sehr künstlerischen gestalteten Zimmern an und hört bei dem Restaurant im Patio auf. Der Gastgeber, Diego und seine Familie sind so freundlich und zuvorkommend, dass wir uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Bei jeder Frage von uns, hatte Diego, den passenden Tipp im perfektem Englisch und seine selbstgezeichnete Karte ist legendär. Kleiner Fun Fact, das Haus gehört der Familie in 5. Generation! Es hat jedes Erdbeben überlebt und ist somit ein sicher Ort zum Verweilen. Und weil es uns allen immer sehr wichtig ist, das gesamte Hotel, der Pool, das Zimmer und alles drum herum ist sehr sauber."
