We are appalled by the fraudulent and disgraceful behavior of ©whiteorchidhotellagos. On 28th November, payment was made for a booking, yet the hotel denied receiving it despite clear evidence provided. Their gross incompetence caused severe embarrassment and inconvenience: Our guest was left stranded and forced to wait an unreasonable amount of time during check-in. They refused a smooth checkout, further compounding the stress. The management and staff have been shockingly nonchalant and dismissive, showing no sense of accountability or urgency in addressing the issue forcing us to make another payment so our guest can checkout. This is beyond poor service-it's outright fraudulent behavior. As of now, the matter remains unresolved, and the hotel has done nothing to compensate for the chaos they caused. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to STAY AWAY. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. To the management of White Orchid Hotel Lagos: this is your final opportunity to rectify this issue before we escalate it further.
