The room was clean when I arrived, I was there from May 29- June 9. First, If you are there more then 3 night the rooms are supposed to be cleaned, I had to go down and complain about my room three times before the cleaned it, it was on the 9th day that it was finally cleaned for the first time. Second, if there is no one at the desk they put a phone the counter top with a sign that says to pick up phone for help. the phone only rings to the front desk and no one would answer had to wait until someone came back to the front desk to get any help. Lastly, I had to check out of the hotel at 345 am to get to the air port, no one was at the desk and they have no key drop for early checkout, I had to leave a not with the room key on the desk so that I could leave and make my flight, I took picture and video for documentation in case they try to bill me for not checking out. But what else could I do? I personally will not stay at this hotel or brand again.
