Das Hotel liegt zwar nicht so schlecht, knappe 600 m vom Strand aber das Personal ist das unfreundlichste was mir je begegnet ist! Eine nicht funktionierende Klimaanlage (bei über 30 Grad Aussentemperatur) und ein loser Toilettendeckel, die ich ab dem 2.Tag in der Rezeption gemeldet habe, wurden bis zu unserer Abreise nicht Man bot und zwar ein anderes Zimmer an aber auch hier gab es grössere Mängel! Ich bin von Mercure eine andere Art von Hotels und auch Personal gewohnt!!!! Von der Qualität, Auswahl und Präsentation des Früstück‘s will ich gar nicht reden! Dass da noch keiner krank geworden ist wundert mich! Ungekühlt und offen liegen Schinken und Käse auf den Platten und die Butter ist fast flüssig

Großes Hotel mit Park und Pool, schöne Zimmer. Nur das Angebot beim Abendessen war meiner Mutter und mir zu exquisit (Krabben, Muscheln).Es gibt ein großes Angebot, da kann man doch auch einfache Nudelgerichte anbieten und die Portionen waren uns einfach zu groß.

In diesem Hotel stimmt alles. Die Lage, die Schönheit des historischen Gebäudes, das mit Fingerspitzengefühl renoviert wurde. Hier vereint sich die Funktionalität des modernen geschickt mit dem Charme des alten. Der Service ist stets aufmerksam, aber unaufdringlich. Da Frühstück ist überdurchschnittlich vielfältig. Alles erscheint frisch, appetitlich angerichtet und von guter Qualität. Allein schon für die ungewöhnliche schöne Dachterrasse mit der hervorragend geführten Bar und dem traumhaften Meerblick bei Sonnenuntergang würde sich der Weg hierher lohnen. Ich habe dieses Haus bereits mehrfach im Freundeskreis empfohlen und kann dies hier nur noch einmal bekräftigen.

After a total failure of the system’s at Manchester Airport. We finally arrived at the hotel 36hrs late, via Birmingham Delta Hotel & Airport. We were greeted by our friends who had arrived 2 days prior & the hotel team. From this point onwards it was a pure pleasure to be in the hotel. Comfortable, spotless, efficient, stylish & most enjoyable. The team Elena (Ey Up), Laila, Elise & Marcello probably are best front house staff you’ll ever meet. The food & wine offer is excellent. Breakfast you could not ask for anything better, a superb way to start the day. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Thank you all for an excellent experience.

This hotel was fabulous The Aircon was wonderful the bed was so comfortable the pillows were of beautiful quality everything was gleaming everytime you saw a cleaner they were polishing up something the elevator was shining I've never known the likes of it! What an experience. The breakfast was beautifully cooked and plentiful. The staff was amazing at the reception in the breakfast Room and nothing was too much. I had a single room bigger than the average. When I return to Viaraggio I'll be heading for this hotel undoubtedly. Thank you Hotel Eden, it's refreshing to think family values still exist is hotels like yours ! I had a wonderful stay at great value for money too!
