Wir hatten 3 Nächte gebucht- im Appartement. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war äußerst freundlich und die Dame sprach sehr gut deutsch. Das Appartement hat uns begeistert. Sehr sauber. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Kellner konnte auch gut deutsch und war sehr freundlich. Da uns das Hotel- der Strand und die Einkaufsstraße mit den Kaffes /Bars- Restaurant so gut gefallen hat, haben wir noch 1 weitere Nacht gebucht. Die Renovierung im Jahr 2020 hat sich ausgezahlt !!! Das Hotel verdient seine ☆☆☆☆ absolut. Wir werden sicher wieder dort einkehren, danke an die Belegschaft.

Rezeption freundlich & hilfsbereit. Zimmer o.k., sauber, Betten bequem, Balkontür schließt nicht, wurde aber sofort repariert. Badezimmertür quietscht, wurde sofort repariert. Kleines Nachtlicht im Badezimmer. Fernseher nur italienische Programme, Fernbedienung funktioniert nicht richtig. Balkon alte Stühle, Farbe blättert ab. Ganz schrecklich das Restaurant/Frühstück: Altes Brot, alte eiskalte Eier, gek. Schinken riecht säuerlich, Bacon dick & schwabbelig, 1 Sorte billiger Käse, je 1 Sorte Schinken & Salami, immer das Gleiche. Personal extrem unfreundlich, außer dem jungen Mann. Pool eiskalt, Sicht auf Gerümpel unter der Treppe, wenige Liegen, teils kaputt, kein Beistelltisch, keine Möglichkeit etwas zum Trinken zu bestellen. Straßenlärm hinnehmbar, außer wenn Motorräder & Autos sich Rennen liefern. In diesem Hotel muss vieles anders gemacht werden, insbesondere das Restaurant mit Frühstück muss komplett überarbeitet werden

A wonderful stay at the Hotel Present in Viareggio on the Tuscany coast: We recently enjoyed a wonderful holiday to the lively resort of Viareggio on the Tuscany coast. We chose this resort as we wanted to have the best of both worlds - time to relax and time to explore some of the beautiful towns & cities in the region at an affordable price. Viareggio is perfectly placed to do all of this. We stayed at the Hotel President & are planning to return next year as we found the hotel to be perfect for our needs & so comfortable. The staff were so helpful and special mention must be made to the following: Nadim, Elisa, Matilda, Franco & Laila. The breakfast was excellent with buffet choices, as well as a la carte selections. We also enjoyed an evening meal in the restaurant with excellent food and faultless service. The bar was a lovely setting for an aperitif or after dinner drinks and the service was nothing short of excellent! Restaurant and bar prices are very good compared to other hotels we have stayed in during our visits to Italy. We booked a room with a balcony overlooking the seafront after reading other reviews and were so glad we made the decision! To be able to see the beach and promenade starting to come to life in the mornings, as well as the street market setting up on Thursday was wonderful. The room is itself was cleaned daily and fresh towels and bed linen were provided regularly. We were able to visit Lucca, Pisa, Florence and Montecatini using the local train service and a visit to the upmarket resort of Forte dei Marmi was made using the local bus, with a stroll around the fashion market whilst we were there. We will be back!

GGastnutzerWir waren ab Ostersonntag für 6 Nächte im Doppelzimmer ohne Meerblick. Die Buchung auf der hoteleigenen Homepage war problemlos, die eingestellten Bilder und Leistungen haben wir wie gebucht angetroffen. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, die Einrichtung ist aufeinander abgestimmt und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist liebevoll gepflegt und weisst nur sehr wenige kleine Mängel auf. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und vor allem ruhig, die Betten waren bequem, auf Wunsch werden verschiedene Kissen zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Sauberkeit ist im ganzen Haus und im Zimmer, war während des gesamten Aufenthaltes einwandfrei. Das gesamte angetroffene Personal, war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war von hervorragender Qualität, der Saal, das Buffet selber und die Mitarbeiter haben das Frühstück zu einem Erlebnis gemacht. Die grosse Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken lässt kaum Wünsche offen und man findet über all die Tage immer leckere Sachen vor. Wir sind mit dem Zug angereist, ab Bahnhof sind es mit Gepäck zu Fuss ca. 15 bis 20 Minuten, dafür ist man dann direkt an der Promenade und kann alles fussläufig erreichen. Wir hatten herrliche, entspannte und schöne Tage in diesem wunderbaren Hotel.

Wir buchten über Bookings.com für zwei Nächte für meine Frau, zwei Enkel und mich selbst und wirklich war es nicht lange genug, um die vollen Vorteile dieses schönen Meeresresort genießen. Die Unterkunft in Viareggio ist etwas teuer als die Umgebung, aber es ist es wert. Alle in diesem Hotel waren von unserer Ankunft bis zum Abreisen angenehmen. Wir wurden im Voraus angeraten, dass wir durch Zuweisung eines oberen Stockzimmers über das Meer, das atemberaubend war, zugeteilt werden. Frühstück wurde auf der Dachterrasse serviert, im Schatten, und unsere Wahl wurde zu unserem Tisch gebracht. Es gab eine gute Auswahl an Dingen, die wir wählen konnten, und wir konnten nach Bedarf für mehr Lebensmittel und Getränke zurückkehren. Wir reservierten vier Fahrräder bei der Ankunft und konnten bis zum Pedal fahren, bevor wir zurückkehren konnten. (Alles auf der Ebene auf einem Zykluspfad.) Ein schönes Hotel in einer idealen Lage und Hoffnung, zurückzukehren.

GGastnutzersono stata durante la settimana del carnevale ,con mia figlia e il mio cagnolino, ho trovato questo Hotel libero e non ho esitato a prenotare, devo dire che ha ampiamente soddisfatto le mie aspettative, posizione eccellente a 200 mt dalla passeggiata dove si svolgeva il carnevale , stanza grande e ottima pulizia, il personale della reception gentilissimo e preparato e non dimentico le super colazioni preparate da Maria con gentilezza e cortesia, lo consiglio vivamente e credo che al prossimo Carnevale non esiterò a prenotare. Complimenti a tutto lo staff
