Es gibt nicht genug gute Worte, die über die Fähigkeiten und die Ausbildung des Front-Desk-Personals, der Frühstücksserver, des Abendessenspersonals und der Hausbetreuung sagen können. Ich bin das, was jetzt als ”Digital Nomad” bezeichnet wird, einzelne, einzelne und Seniorreisende ... und dieses Hotel ist wirklich für meine Bedürfnisse geeignet. Sicherlich könnte es 10 € günstiger sein, aber das Zimmer hat einen ausgezeichneten langen Arbeitsumschlag, WiFi Internet, Großes Bett für Schlaf und für die Organisation von Reisetaschen, Bad mit einem Dusche und einem Wanderbad, die richtig für die Verwendung konzipiert sind, und der Lebensmittelservice ist ziemlich erstaunlich. Während Sie müssen den Taxi zum meisten Orten nehmen, es sei denn, Sie fahren, Es gibt einen großen Einkaufszentrum direkt über die Autobahn, und ein unveröffentlichter Untergrundtunnel, um auf die andere Seite der Straße und in das Einkaufszentrum zu kommen! Ich bin kein fancy Restaurant Person, aber das Restaurant hält mich mit einer sehr einfachen Auswahl von Lebensmitteln durch Meine Anfrage. Sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen ist das Essenszimmer in der Regel mit glücklichen Abendessen und Essen verpackt. Während ich mit meiner einfachen Speiseauswahl am Abendessen sitzen, bewundere ich die Vielzahl der italienischen Gerichte, die von anderen Abendessen bestellt werden. Vielleicht kann ich das gemahlene Essen nicht essen, aber es sieht sicher gut aus! Und die anderen Gäste sind sehr glücklich! Ich habe den Fahrer des Hotels verwendet, um mich zu und von einer Vielzahl von Orten zu taxin: BGY Flughafen, Bergamo Bahnhof, sowie das Covid Impfzentrum! Er kann durch SMS-Text und WhatsApp reserviert werden. Sehr einfach zu kommunizieren mit - sowohl digital als auch in mehreren Sprachen. Das Hotel ist off the beat track, so die Taxifahrten werden 10 zusätzliche Euro von dem, was kann in mehr städtischen Gebieten erwartet werden. Dies ist eines meiner Lieblingshotels jeder Marke. Während ich die Lage als armer, weil Sie fahren müssen, um fast überall zu kommen, Die Entfernung der Lage ist an sich ein Plus, wenn Sie hier mehr als eine Nacht lang wohnen, denn die Landschaft ist einfach, aber bequem, und der große Parkplatz ist unterirdisch.

This was our first hotel of many during our one week stay in northern Italy. Have in mind that we arrived at around 10 pm due to a delayed flight, and needed a place to rest before starting our road trip. Perfect location regarding airport and Bergamo city centre. A bit outside the city core to let the juice of Italian culture slowly get to us. We found ourselves at the reception after getting to park our rental inside the hotel premises. Met by a friendly staff with a smile on his face, as if knowing he was the chosen one to redeem northern Italy’s reputation regarding Europe’s Covid outbreak. Entering our room, a bucket of chilled Prosecco and strawberries awaited us. Pre-ordered, not included. At 11 pm we wanted pasta, as any international, normal person would when in Italy their first day. The chef obliged and gave us room service at that hour. Drunk with Prosecco, strawberries and pasta, we slept through the night dreaming of the journey ahead. The bed linen was clean and the bathroom upheld its hygienic standard as it should. Breakfast awaited, and was mostly packaged baked goods. We even saw a guy just shoving tons of this stuff into a paper bag. The staff said it was ok. Partially continental breakfast. Coffee was great. All in all, a good start of a week long road trip. Room was ok, but fully functional.

Ich war hier für eine Nacht auf meinem Weg nach Ostitalien und werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Ich habe spät eingecheckt (21 Uhr) und der Rezeptionist (Davide) hat mich begrüßt. Dieser Typ lächelt immer und ist sehr offen für nette Gespräche. Er gab mir auch sehr gute Tipps für Orte, die man besuchen und wo man einkaufen gehen kann. Wenn ich Fragen zum Hotel oder sonst etwas hatte, war er völlig offen und half mir zu 100 %. Ich bin sehr zufrieden! Auch das Personal am Morgen beim Frühstück war sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und ist in einem Umfeld von Sportdienstleistungen ( zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts war für Ferienhäuser geschlossen) Gebiet dezentriert von Bergamo Stadt, aber gut mit dem Auto verbunden. Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer sind sehr sauber. Herzliches Personal. Gepflegtes Frühstück mit verschiedenen ausgewählten Produkten. Kostenlose Parkplätze ohne Sicherheit, aber sicher und alternativ, nur 2 Euro, Parkplätze mit Zugangsbarriere. Zusätzliche Anmerkung: Wir haben ein Restaurant, ein paar km vom Hotel, Trattoria Taiocchi, empfohlen, mit dem sie mit 10% Rabatt vereinbart haben, regelmäßig anwendbar, wo wir sehr gut gegessen haben.

Wir haben vier Zimmer reserviert, das Zimmer ist nicht groß, ok, zum Flughafen zu gehen, um einen Termin zu reservieren, kein Anflug, kein Transporter

Prenotato pacchetto Leolandia con un gruppo di amici per una notte, abbiamo deciso di arrivare un giorno prima estendendo il soggiorno con prenotazione telefonica. Prima notte tutto ok, stanza doppia in area moderna, abbiamo portato il nostro lettino da campeggio e biancheria per la bambina. Al pomeriggio successivo, intorno alle 14 decidiamo di portare nostra figlia a dormire in camera perché letteralmente ingestibile per la stanchezza. Mia moglie va in reception a riprendere le carte d'identità che hanno voluto tenere dalla sera prima (per legge questo non si può fare ma vabbè) e io porto la piccola in camera. Apro la porta e trovo il nostro letto tutto scoperchiato, con cuscini e lenzuola sporchi buttati nel lettino (da noi rifatto in mattinata) e il copriletto appallottolato sopra una pila di vestiti puliti. I nostri effetti personali spostati e anche messi in disordine, mentre avevo mia figlia piangente in braccio mi hanno davvero innervosito e ho subito chiamato mia moglie (già che era li) per dirle di avvisare subito in reception del ****** che ho trovato. Il mio tono di voce era sicuramente alto e adirato,non lo nascondo, ma esponevo il fatto che non capivo cosa avessero combinato alla stanza mettendola cosi in disordine. Per esperienza precedente nel settore alberghiero, le porte delle camere in pulizia vanno lasciate aperte durante il rinfresco, e si chiudono e lasciano solo quando sono pulite. Mia moglie poi sempre per telefono mi dice che in un quarto d'ora arrivano, ma mia figlia non poteva essere appoggiata da nessuna parte e quindi ho alzato la voce dicendo che dovevano arrivare subito. Per fortuna una cameriera ai piani gentilissima passava li e l'ho chiamata per rimettere almeno le lenzuola pulite. Mi ha spiegato che qualcuno aveva scritto checkout sulla nostra stanza e per quello non era rifatta. Qua ci sono due errori grossi: primo, noi stavamo ancora una notte quindi bastava un riordino veloce. Secondo, anche se fosse stato un checkout non si buttano cose sporche su tutti i nostri oggetti personali che erano ancora li. Sarei passato oltre ma poi mia moglie dopo parecchio arriva in camera e mi dice di essere stata praticamente aggredita verbalmente dalla signora della reception a causa dei toni che ho avuto e per aver insultato lo staff e il suo operato con testuali parole ”porconi e parolacce contro di loro” (era una chiamata privata tra me e mia moglie senza viva voce) e il tutto senza scusarsi subito per l'inconveniente, mostrandosi scocciata dal primo istante della richiesta. Anzi, ha accusato mia moglie di averli messi in cattiva luce davanti ai clienti in arrivo, le ha detto di cercarsi un altro posto per dormire e che pretendeva le mie scuse giu da loro. Sentita una cosa del genere sono sceso subito a chiarire, primo perché non si ascoltano le telefonate private anche se sei a mezzo metro di distanza solo perché uno ha un tono di voce alto e adirato; secondo, almeno la prossima volta ascolti meglio, perché dire che una p

Molto vicino al casello, comodo parcheggio, ottimo servizio di reception, camera spaziosa pulita, ampio bagno, letti comodi, buffet colazione ben fornito e vario. Suggerisco al personale delle pulizie di abbassare il volume della voce di mattina per non disturbare il riposo degli ospiti

Came to Italy for a business trip of 2 months. I've brought my bikes over to the hotel, usually kept them inside my car, one night I had to make room in my car, so I chained them on a metal rod & removed the front wheel, and left them in the hotel's underground parking lot. 11:30pm -＞ bikes are there. 11:30am the next day -＞ no sign of them. Shocked and frankly sad, I tried my luck at the reception, where I received a ”It is what it is” kind of response, which honestly I get. With my riding plan ruined I went to my room, ~15 minutes later I get a call to my room ”We've f o u n d your bikes”, (Awesome! but wait a minute, what does it.. mean?), went to the lobby, I asked the same guy at the reception ”Hey what's up?” and he responded ”I have no idea, but wait a few minutes”. After a few minutes a manager comes out and trying to explain that ”italy's streets are dangerous and I should be careful with my bikes” etc. etc., which I don't get, until I just ask ”Do you have my bikes?” - ”Yes.” - ”Did YOU take my bikes?” - ”Yes - to protect you” - ”in order to not get stolen by a thief that will enter your parking lot, you broke a heavy metal chain and stole my one-cycle-bike?” She then switched to: ”Well we didn't know who was the owner” What. ”The bikes are clearly someone's in a HOTEL TIED WITH A CHAIN”. Anyways, it was clear an employee tried to steal them. (But she thought it's a better way to handle it by presenting that it's a ”policy” to break customers property where it's supposed to be???) I received: - NO APOLOGY. - A ruined lock-chain that I bought at the same week. - A smashed wheel cover (like someone tried to smack it with a door to fit it somewhere. Really left a sour taste, definitely will notify my workplace & co-workers (that regularly book in this area) to avoid this hotel. The barista guys are really nice & breakfast is adequate+

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights, the room was so comfortable and clean the bed was so comfortable. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, I can’t even express it enough. They were helping me plan every morning for about 30 minutes, my daily schedule to visit as much as possible in Amsterdam and gave great recommendations.
