Hotel Ermitage Verbier

My experience has been very positive in this accommodation, it is a family hotel, very cozy, located in the centre of Verbier but at the same time very quiet, includes parking service which in Verbier is essential, I was 4 days and did not touch the car at all. Breakfast was very good, as were the rooms and the spa service. The reception service deserves a special mention, Miss Merlén was a real hostess who helped me with any query I made and always had a solution for everything, her kindness and cordiality in the treatment were exceptional, it is difficult to find people with such professionalism in this sector, she also spoke Spanish which facilitated me a lot of contact as my English is limited. In short, for me, it was a visit of 10. El servicio de recepción merece una mención especial, la señorita Merlén fue una auténtica anfitriona que me ayudó en cualquier consulta que le hice y siempre tenía una solución para todo, su amabilidad y cordialidad en el trato fueron excepcionales, es difícil encontrar personas con tanta profesionalidad en este sector, además hablaba español lo que me facilitó mucho el contacto ya que mi inglés es limitado. Me and my friend stayed here for 7 days from New years eve 2022 till the 7th of Jan 2023. The hotel is placed right in the middle of verbier Town center so you can find all the bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops all in one place. The hotel it's self is kept in tune with the old style of verbier which makes it feel nice and relaxing. The room came with a balcony with a table with chairs so that you can enjoy the amazing views of the mountains all around you. The two single beds are comfy and long. The room keeps the heat so after a long day on the mountain skiing or snowboarding you can warm up very easy. The bathroom is a big size with shower and bath in one. Perfect for warming up the bones after some stacks on the mountain. The breakfast is a continental one but you have a great choice of stuff and the staff in their are amazing. They will make you feel at home every morning when you go in. You get free decent WiFi in the hotel as well as a locked up ski/snowboard dry room to dry your gear after the day on the slopes. Includes boot heaters. They is a lift aswell to get you suitcases up to your floor. Also a TV with plenty of channels for all nations who stay there. The owner is a friendly and helpful person. My friend broke his leg on the 2nd of our trip on the slope and he was awesome. He helped out and got us to our pick up point on the last day as it was going to be a struggle with the gear. All the staff are very friendly and make you feel at home. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone I know who goes to verbier.

Stayed with family early March 2022 (date below is earliest I could choose) and we appreciated the excellent staff, clean Dec et size rooms, lovely sunny balcony (for one of our group who was injured and unable to ski), good buffet breakfast and the restaurant below was also good! Great location - close to centre but quieter than some other hotels nearby.

Hotel super bien, personnel tres accueillant et attentif a la demande du clients, sincèrement tout a été parfait, nous reviendrons certainement, grazie mille a tutti voi spero di rivedervi presto e con magari un pò meno neve perché abbiamo prenotato nel periodo dove ha nevicato tantissimo per la prima volta, a presto da Antonio e Carla

géré par des stagiaires qui font n importe quoi : ils ont ruiné mes vacances en pretendant que ma chambre etait reservée alors qu elle ne l etait pas. puis c est au tour du management de pretendre que si j apportais la preuve de mon billet d avion pour la suisse (2000e) , ils recuperereons cette chambre pour moi. jusqu a la derniere minute ils m ont fait miroiter des choses, mais ce sont des gens malhonnetes et non professionels. terrible experience qui m a fait perdre des milliers d euros et 0 excuse de la part de l hotel
