Unser Zimmer war sauber und geräumig, aber das Resort zeigt einiges Trauer und Tränen von Alter. Unser Server am Frühstück war hervorragend. Hotel könnte einige Updates verwenden, vor allem im Vergleich zum Holiday Inn Express. Keine Waschbecken vor Ort, obwohl Sie in der Lage sind, zum HI Express zu gehen, um ihre einzelne Waschmaschine und Trockner zu verwenden! Ich würde das Eigentum 4 Sterne schätzen, aber angesichts der hervorragenden Mitarbeiter, es boomt die Erfahrung auf 5 Sterne.

Not a great start at this hotel. I had reserved a two queen suite with a jetted tub and a ”patio” I was told that ”patios” were on the first three floors. Upon arrival we were given a standard two queen room with a harbor view. When I called the front desk to inquire about the difference, I was told by the unfriendly and unhelpful front desk clerk Rebecca that the room we were in was what the computer said we had reserved. I was also told there was no manager working. I called reservations and they told me the reservation had been changed but could not see by whom. The beds were very comfortable and the fridge and microwave were nice and good quality. The harbor view was ok, but it is just a boat parking lot. Yes it is nicer than looking at the parking lot I suppose. The next morning I talked to a manager who said that contrary to what I'd been told by Rebecca, that the room I had reserved was available and that we could move, but that the room we were in was nicer. She waited our parking fee for the issues we delt with. So on the pluse side, comfortable bed an OK view and nice appliances. On the minus side an old building a reservation screw up and an unfriendly and unhelpful staff member Rebecca. I will have to give serious thought as to if I will stay here again. I am looking for a good hotel in Ventura as my grandchildren are there

Zum ersten Mal einen Aufenthalt über Trip gebucht und während der gesamte Buchungsprozess einfach war, war der Aufenthalt im Hotel etwas glanzlos. Vor der Ankunft haben wir keine Informationen zum Check-in erhalten; Ich hatte ein bisschen Probleme, das Hotel zu kontaktieren, um diese Informationen zu erhalten. Meinerseits glaube ich jedoch, dass ich es vermasselt habe, meine Kontaktdaten (anscheinend) nicht anzugeben. Ich habe die Rezeption erreicht und die Frau, mit der ich gesprochen habe, war super höflich und hatte sich im Voraus für die Verzögerungen entschuldigt. Uns wurde gesagt, dass unser Zimmer um 17 Uhr fertig sein würde, anstatt um die entgegengesetzte Zeit um 4 Uhr. Wir kamen sowieso um 17 Uhr an, also war die Zeit kein Problem. Als wir ankamen, war alles ziemlich sauber, bis auf ein paar Handtücher mit braunen Flecken. Wir waren knapp an Toilettenpapier, Papierhandtüchern und anderen kleinen Utensilien. Wir konnten diese Dinge am nächsten Morgen holen, was großartig war. Meine andere Beschwerde war, dass einige Dinge zurückgelassen wurden; dh; jemand hat ein Paar Crocs und ein Stück Seife in der Dusche gelassen. Auch wenn diese Dinge für mich kleinere Probleme waren, reicht es definitiv nicht aus, um mich ausschlafen zu lassen. Ort: 10/10. 5 Minuten (oder weniger) zu Fuß zum Strand. Ich würde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen, solange diese Probleme in Zukunft kein Thema sind.

Wir haben hier ein paar Nächte für den Wochenende des Memorial Day geblieben. Die Meeresfront Suiten, die wir geblieben haben, sind im ersten Stock, was uns einen schönen Picknickplatz vor unserem Patio mit direkter Aussicht auf den Sandstrand und den Ozean gegeben. Wir mögen unser Zimmer so sehr, dass wir es kaum verlassen. Das Ox-Ocean Restaurant war nur Schritte entfernt, was es wirklich bequem machte, einfach zu bestellen, Ausfahrt und zu essen in unserem Patio. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und freundlich, als wir während unseres Aufenthalts einen Wechsel von Handtüchern und Toilettengegenständen beantragt hatten. Während wir einige kleine Probleme mit den Temperaturkontrollen hatten, um das Zimmer in der Nacht kühl zu halten, wurde dies leicht durch die Bewahrung der Fenster offen und die Eingabe der coolen Brise gelöst. Insgesamt kann man nicht schlagen hören, die Wellen zu sehen und zu hören, ganz Tag und Nacht. Wir genossen wirklich unseren Aufenthalt so sehr, dass wir in wenigen Wochen wieder eine Reservierung reserviert haben! Kudos an das Personal bei Zachari Dunes für eine wunderbare Erfahrung!

I am so disappointed in the Hiltons for allowing all the rooms to have pets. I don't care how clean the animal is and that you take a deposit. Animals leave hair and smells. Our room smelled a little when we first came in but smelt like cleaning chemicals. My husband went to bed right away and sat around for a while and I started sneezing. Then i thought a smelled pee. I went to bed. I woke up all night smelling pee and dog. then I got up to go to the bathroom and the carpet was wet. I guess they had just cleaned the floors and tried to get the smell out. It didn't work. It was disgusting. I woke up with a horrible headache, They did give us another room the next day that didn't smell like animals. Come on Hilton you need to designate certain rooms for animals.

We decided to go to Ojai for my wife's birthday on March 22, 2023. She thought it would be fun to stay in a place that was built the year she was born and so did I. The online photos and aesthetic are admittedly cool, but that where it ends. I get really peeved with a too cool for school” attitude in restaurants and other establishments in the hospitality space. That's this place. But aside from that vibe, there are HUGE issues with this “hotel” (motel really), chief of which are the PAPER THIN WALLS. Next is the bathroom. Remember. This renovation was done in 2020. So with Covid, wear and tear should be minimal by early 2023 when we visited. The bathroom door is made of particle board which was completely swollen and ruined by water damage from the shower that features a fitted glass wall that only covers half the stall. As a result water sprays all over the wall and floor and even if you try to use the bath mat, it's completely soaked after a shower. Poor, impractical design. The Daiken brand AC was also odd. I've used many mini-split systems, but this one did not feature a remote that operated as a thermostat. Sure, it had a temperature setting, but no readout out of what temperature the room was CURRENTLY at, so there is no way to know where to set the temp relative to that. The in-room coffee and tea consists of a kettle and instant coffee. No Nespresso or other coffee service found in other boutique hotels of this price range. I assumed they were encouraging us to come to the lobby to enjoy their coffee ”service” which features paper cups (okay fine) but no lids. Crazy. And Like seriously - do you think people aren't going to want to take their coffee away or back to the room? Where’s the kids?! Oh, and as a cherry on the top, add bad WiFi that only worked part of the time. Good thing our t-mobile data devices worked there. A cheap, ill-conceived cosmetic renovation does not a boutique motel make. Others have mentioned all of these things in prior reviews, so l'm not saying anything new here. Listen to them, and us. I don't know if there are better options in Ojai, but I know you should avoid the Capri.

Wenn Sie auf einem Budget, suchen Sie einen nicht-frills Platz zum Aufenthalt im Oxnard/Camarillo/Ventura Bereich, wäre dieses Hotel schwer zu schlagen zum Preis. Pool war klein, aber sauber, Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer waren sauber. Es gibt kein kontinentales Frühstück hier, aber es gibt viele Orte, um in der Nähe zu essen. Gasstationen auch in der Nähe.

Es gibt nicht viele Parkplätze im Inneren, der Straßenrand kann vor der Tür angehalten werden. Das Hotel liegt in der Altstadt, eine kleine Straße, ganz in der Nähe der Schnellstraße, aber nicht laut, ca. 1 km von Ole entfernt, das Café nebenan ist gut, die Straße gibt es auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite einen Selbstbedienungsgrill, der ist auch sehr gut. Es ist gut, eine Pause oder einen Einkaufsstopp einzulegen.
