Hotel was just okay. It had a smell, but overall the staff was friendly and bed was comfortable.

Central location. Our rooms were upgraded. Delicious breakfast. One drawback is small lift.

Hotel was just next to the railway station which is very convenient for travelers who have heavy luggages. There is no need to climb the bridge with the luggages also. But there is no slipper or kettle in the room. The room can hear noises from the pavement and restaurants next to the hotel

Really convenient location if you need to hop on and off a train. Friendly staff and nice continental breakfast.

Not the NH Collection 4 stars category. Room heater is so warm that you have to open the window. Most hotels are centrally controlled, but to hav the room registered 27oC is ridiculous. The staff say nothing can be done, except to turn it off. Room desperately need renovation. Compared to NH Milan Touring, NH Venice is 1 star.

It is a very nice hotel, it is near the train station and the canal. We really enjoyed our stay there.

We chose and booked NH Venezia Santa Lucia mainly because of its location. However, when we arrived for check in, they informed us there was no room and we had to be re-located to NH Venezia Rio Novo which was quite a distance away. The email which was sent to us was only about leas than 2 days before our check in, and we did not know about it as we were travelling already and did not have time to check our emails. If we had known earlier, we would definitely made a cancellation and book for another accommodation as we really wanted a hotel which is very convenient and very close to the train station. Hence, the reason why we chose NH Venezia Santa Lucia in the first place. We were really disappointed with the team at NH Venezia Santa Lucia. We were also not offered a complimentary Porter service to assist with our luggage to NH Venezia Rio Novo, which made the whole experience more upsetting. We hope we could get a clarification from the management, as to why we were relocated to another hotel at the very last minute, even though we had made the reservation booking way in advance.
