Wir haben dieses Hotel vor einiger Zeit zufällig entdeckt und gebucht. Dass wir immer wieder dort wohnen, wenn wir in Venedig sind, ist allerdings kein Zufall mehr. Zuletzt waren wir Anfang Dezember diesen Jahres dort. Das Relais Venezia ist ein schönes kleines Hotel, in dem man sich rundum wohlfühlt. Geschmackvolle und sehr saubere Zimmer und Bäder, z.T. mit einer tollen Aussicht über die Dächer der Stadt. Das Frühstück ist lecker, der frisch zubereitete Obstsalat, die Eierspeisen und der Cappuccino wirklich hervorragend. Die Speisen werden von der sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Elena zubereitet und an den Tisch gebracht. Braucht man einen Rat oder einen Tipp oder einfach nur ein anregendes Gespräch ist man bei Federico und Leonardo, den beiden Eigentümern, genau richtig. Sie sind sehr hilfsbereit und immer für ihre Gäste da. Dieses ruhige, fast schon versteckte Hotel ist ein Kleinod in zentraler Lage in dieser ansonsten oft hektischen, lauten und überteuerten Stadt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Zimmer im obersten Stock mit tollem Blick (Markusturm, Alpen), Gute Betten, modernes Bad, sehr sauber. Gites Frühstück wird im Frühstücksraum serviert. Lage ist super, wenige Minuten zum Markusplatz, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen sowie auch die Bootsanlegestellen. Das Hotel ist in einer ruhigen Gasse gelegen mit Geschäften (auch 2 kleine Supermärkte) und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir waren 4 Tage dort und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Fabulous spot - made us feel very welcome. Amazing customer service with recommendations for best spots to eat and gondola rides. We had a lovely time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Location wise it was also perfect and breakfast was lovely - especially the fruit salads!

The Room was really cozy and clean. The hotel stuff is super kind and friendly 10/10 points for everyone ! The breakfast was fresh and really good. The Hotel is in the Center of the City but in a small corner so it’s not noisy at all. The Hotel manager was really kind and the service was great!

Such an amazing boutique hotel. We spent 3 nights at Relais Venezia and everything about our stay was perfect. Before arriving Leonardo sent us over all the information we needed regarding getting to the hotel, and stayed in touch on the day of arrival. He also suggested places to eat nearby and was always on hand to offer lots of helpful advice. The hotel was beautiful. It was clean, modern and all the staff were extremely kind. The breakfast included was a huge bonus and we enjoyed it every morning. The location was perfect just a short walk from Rialto bridge and St Mark’s Square. There were plenty of shops and restaurants close by, however we never heard any noise from outside the hotel. Leonardo and Federico were amazing hosts and we would definitely stay here again if we returned to Venice.

Leonardo & Frederico were the most amazing hosts! Very kind and helpful! We also opted to have breakfast at the hotel, it was delicious - the lady who cooked our breakfast each morning was also so sweet! So I definitely recommend choosing to have breakfast if you stay I would like to thank them all for a start as they really were so so lovely! They also contacted us with instructions prior to our arrival which was very helpful The location was perfect! Very close to the square & rialto bridge, with lots of hidden gems very nearby! Our room was stunning! The decor is just beautiful! A lovely size too - very clean and the bed was comfy! We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to return to the same hotel when we next come to Venice again! My partner & I visited for my 30th birthday and it really was one to remember!

We’ve just returned from 3 nights at this amazing little hotel. Leonardo and Frederico are wonderful hosts and look after you from the moment you book. Superb communication via text and WhatsApp to make sure your arrival to this hidden gem is as smooth as possible. Our room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable, we slept extremely well. The hotel is tucked away just off a busy route from San Marco to the Rialto bridge so location to explore couldn’t have been better, just a short stroll to everywhere. Upon arrival Leonardo very kindly shared some excellent restaurants and places we might be interested in visiting. We tried a couple of the restaurants and we were not disappointed, so grateful for his recommendations Value for money, location and hospitality cannot be beaten and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or stay here again,

We had booked for four days over New Year's Eve and were very well looked after by Leonardo and his brother Federico from the very first second and at all times. The hotel is only a few minutes' walk from St. Mark's Square. If you book a private water-taxi transfer from the airport - it takes you right to the hotel door! The hotel has been beautifully renovated in recent years - we had a very nice room. Breakfast is included in the price; you choose what you want on arrival. Everything is freshly prepared by Elena, who serves breakfast personally in the small, beautiful salon on the 1st floor. Leonardo and Federico provide you with restaurant and sightseeing recommendations, and help you with your bookings (water taxi etc.). We felt very comfortable and do highly recommend this small, pretty oasis to anyone. We will be back!

My mom, sister and I were in Venice and stayed at this beautiful and quaint hotel. The owners, Federico and Leonardo delivered exceptional service, as well as the woman who served our breakfast. She was amazing. Frederico helped with our luggage and gave us information about the area. Our room was clean, comfortable, and very roomy. The decor is warm and welcoming. There are a ton of shops and restaurants right within walking distance outside the hotel entrance. If you stay at this hotel and are coming from the Train Station, be sure to get a private taxi boat. They will drop you off 10 feet from the hotel entrance!

We loved our stay at the Relais Venezia. It was the perfect location; a short walk to San Marco plaza in one direction and a short walk to the Rialto Bridge in the other direction. This is a small boutique hotel with a private dock just outside the front door. There are incredible restaurants close by. The hosts are wonderful and very helpful to give suggestions on places to eat and things to do. The breakfast is amazing and served in a comfortable common area room. I highly recommend the Relais Venezia!

We just spent one night in Venice on our way from Slovenia. We arrived late and everything had been arranged for a smooth check in since reception was closed. The room was well furnished and the bathroom just great! Breakfast was excellent, we were pampered by the lady in charge. A very good experience in every aspect!

We stayed here in April and chose the small b and b as it was very central but away from the crowds. The narrow street where it is situated has a ‘dead end’ if you can call it that….it ends in a drop to the canal. This proved perfect for us. We took a private water taxi from the airport and paid a little extra to be dropped off just feet from the Relais Venezia entrance. If your budget allows, this is the best way to enter Venice, without a doubt. Relais Venezia has a modern, tasteful interior. The reception is very small but adequate. There is no lounge as such or bar, just the rooms and a breakfast area upstairs with small tables for guests. and the brothers who run the hotel are very friendly and helpful. There are a couple of flights of stairs up to the bedrooms and there is a small lift for the disabled however this was out of use when we arrived, so if you need it, best check before you book. We stayed in very clean and roomy double which had a large double ended bath with shower over. Everything was good, the only slight criticism was that we could have done with more hangers in the cupboard. We were asked to order our breakfast on arrival from a supplied sheet and it was limited (no full English here!) but fresh and well presented each morning. The selection included fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, pastries, cereals and toasties. It was completely adequate for our needs. We walked most of the time whilst in Venice, hopping on or off the water buses when required….buy a pass for the best value, rather than individual tickets. The hotel let us store our bags with them until we had to leave for the airport. Our water taxi picked us up where it had dropped us off. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend.

Excellent hôtel, cosy, friendly and very well located, 8 minutes to St-Mark place. Breakfast served by very sympathetic ladies, and the owners, two brothers, are very often present at the reception. Not so easy to get there, but it means also that it is very quiet. A lot of good restaurants all around. No problem with the air conditioning and the wifi.
