Отличный отель для бюджетного размещения с отличным расположением!

Our room was called 'Lido' - 2nd floor, no issues with the stairs. We arrived after midnight,easy to find with the directions provided, access to the Property was very efficient, using the bell and getting the front door opened remotely - our room information was in an envelope on the Front desk as expected. The room itself had a comfy bed with good quality linen - a very good sleep was had on our 3 night stay. I consider that it was well equipped for our short stay, kettle,tea/coffee etc, bathtub with shower, Wardrobe with hangers, TV with limited channels and a good wifi signal. The Lady/Gentleman on the Front desk were very welcoming and answered any questions we had. Breakfast had a good choice- cereals, fresh fruit/yoghurt, Cold meats/cheese/eggs, Croissants, sweet treats, bread-toast jams/spreads etc.,plus orange juice,water & a coffee machine. We ate breakfast on the outside patio(March), which was kept warm by 2 heaters- might be too chilly in the heart of Winter. The Location was great for us, close to the Bus Station/ Vaporetto Stop, a good selection of Restaurants/Bars/Shops/Supermarkets all within a short walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others looking for a good clean/comfortable place to stay whilst enjoying all the sights Venice has to offer.

Posizione ottima soprattutto per chi arriva in treno in quanto si trova accanto alla Stazione, ma in una via tranquilla. La Locanda molto carina e ben curata. Camere semplici e pulite, non manca nulla. Letto e cuscini comodi. Non c'è l'ascensore ma nonostante fossimo al secondo piano, non c'è ne siamo nemmeno accorti. Colazione adeguata con scelta di dolce e salato. Disponibilità e cortesia da parte del personale, sia nel dare consigli su come muoversi o dove mangiare, sia nel dare la possibilità di depositare i bagagli agli ospiti che lo necessitano.
