Due to some plumbing issues we were relocated to the sister apartments Ca Marile, but it was still great and Matteo couldn’t have been more helpful!

Nice and quiet. Safe. Looks out to canal. Lots of dining options available. Walking distance to airport bus, P Roma...19 minute walk so can avoid the water taxi.

Check in was very good, considering we arrived very late at night. We were abele to call them and they answered quickly. My only complaint was the AC in the room is very warm. They could not get it to be as cool as the lobby / check in area. Otherwise place is great and clean. Location was perfect.

Amazing hotel and even more spectacular service. We arrived late in the afternoon (already dark out) and we’re unsure of what to make of the area. The exterior photos may be a little rough around the edges, do not let that deter you from booking. The interior is wonderfully decorated making you feel both relaxed and right at home. We were lucky enough to stay in the room with the canal view and greatly enjoyed being able to look out to the canal where gondolas pass by, and simultaneously being surrounded by shops and restaurants. This hotel is very conveniently located only a 15 min walk from the Rialto bridge and another 5mins from St Marcos Square. Even getting to the train station was very convenient once we found the water bus. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Our only regret was that our reservation was only two nights.

Hotel with a difference! No check in desk and only 6 rooms, but met soon after arrival and shown to room(s). Had booked for 2 queen beds as 2 friends travelling. Actually had two rooms, main with queen and other with 2 singles. Easiest way to get to hotel is via alilaguna orange line ( well signed from airport) get off 2nd stop - Guglia- and short walk from there!

Great location and amazing apartment in the heart of Venice. Host were nice, flexible and welcoming on our arrival. I would love to stay again if we're ever back in Venice.

I’ve stayed here in summer last year, and it was awesome back then. AC worked great and the room was clean last year. Location is great and there’s a nice cafe right in front for breakfast. This time, however, the floor was dusty to the point dust balls stuck to the bottom of my shoes. It was very hot this summer and the upstairs AC was stuck at 27.5C (81.5 F) no matter how you adjust it. All rooms are upstairs. It was so hot that I could barely sleep. Downstairs entrance area was nice and cool. I will not stay here again.

It’s really amazing …. Location is very good …it’s like historical castle…. Management is organized
