I had a terrible experience. Receptionist has a worst behavior. I booked 3 bed in advance, but when we arrived there, he says rooms are already booked. And we were allocated 4 bed instead, which was not ready for check-in. Room was very unclean and terrible. The room service was very bad, who were irresponsible. Overall, very bad stay and would never recommend this stay to anyone.

Friendly staff, neat and clean place, good supply of cold & hot water. You can consider it's as budget hotel, that means facilities in low price.

Except for intercom, all amenities including parking were available and staff were cordial, rooms were clean though sheets, although neat, were a bit old.

I visited this hotel for the first time, rooms are so nice and management is also very good. Good parking slot, but in the daytime, it is tough to reach the hotel by four weeler. I 100 percent recommend this hotel to visit with family and friends.

Disgusting! not for the family. Unsafe too. Such type of hotel shouldn't be booked. You can't expect even a water bottle in your room.

Booked AC room but AC not working properly, extra bed provided without cover it was so smelly. rood behavioral by the management of palm. for one 3 bed room there is no bet provided adjusted by myself 😞. one of the worst hotel ever I stayed

Old building, cleaning issues a lot. Mosquitoes are very common in your nearby nd room even i found rat and thank to manage they changed my room
