Hotel Four Seasons

We checked-in around 5. 30 pm, since there was a location confusion i called the reception he was so rude & he doesn't know what is hospitality. As we checked in we asked for a tea, they said no room service. Next day morning no breakfast they said only lunch and dinner. . "makemytrip" the hotel experience was not good.

Great location, right next to the entrance gate of morning star church, good rooms and spacious bathroom - (dental kit, tiny sop a bar (at least not the medimix) and a hair dryer. They have a kettle but no coffee / tea sachets - when checked they said it is only for hot water. Well overall, decent stay, but just not worth the cost - at this cost and for the brand name of four seasons, this place is nowhere close to it or value for money, neighboring hotels charge much less and provide all basic standard facilities and toiletries, kettle etc.

Perfect booking facility and remarkable customer care on behalf of make my trip. Quality service and on time process. Really satisfied

No room service. Tv won’t work. Overall not worth for money. Good restaurant is not good. I think the restaurant name been changed.

Staff not cooperative i had mentioned early check in but they manager did not agree and was asking extra 2k for each room we requested soo much but they didn’t agree this one of the worst management and it’s worst experienced in velankani

The hotel manager has asked extra amounts. When i asked for an early check they asked huge amount. They need liquid money no phonepe

Very worst hotel, no security, no service, nothing kept in room, nobody is picking up intercom, not sufficient parking facility, room is ok

It’s not worth the money they charge. Room is not well cleaned. Property need proper cleaning and there is no minimum basic amenities
