Casa Shelly Hospedería

For the last 11 years running we have come to Casa Shelly and absolutely enjoyed every moment of it. Chris looks after his clients with the utmost care and attention. The rooms are exquisite, superclean and are urban chic in design and detail. By far this is the nicest place to stay in Vejer, and the reason why Vejer is my favourite place in Spain. The customer service is excellent from Chris, with precise attention to detail and a feeling of being in a luxury home away from home, need I say anymore!

We had a wonderful week staying at Casa Shelly. Chris is the best host and has thought of everything to make your stay very comfortable as well as being available to give any recommendations required. The housekeeping throughout the entire building is absolutely faultless. It is quite simply a beautiful place to stay.

luckily, we were the only guests staying at Casa Shelly when we were recently there...it felt like living in shangri-la....Chris can't do enough for you...he is the best host we have ever dealt with....he even carried our suitcases up to our room and put them on "2" different luggage racks... the house and all of the rooms are beautiful.... water and chocolate in your room every day... an entire kitchen for guest to use...muffins and the best cookies are always out along with fresh fruit....parking is free in the town lot...easy uphill walk to the inn...Vejer is a dream town and Casa Shelly is wonderful..... thanks again...Marlene and Steve

We visited casa Shelly for one night while traveling to visit vejer and conil. We were in the junior suite and our friends were in the double room with balcony. Both rooms were lovely, a good size very nice bathrooms and very clean and modern. The beds were really comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. Our room didn’t have a balcony but looked over the internal courtyard, our friends room had a lovely large balcony, there’s a living wall running up the central courtyard which had lots of sparrows nesting in it. I liked this but it was quite noisy in the morning if you’re a light sleeper. The shared areas here are very nice, there’s a large fully equipped kitchen and living room area. There were always biscuits and muffins available in the kitchen and extra coffee pods and tea bags in case you ran out. This is also next to the hammam, which we took advantage of during our stay, we got a discount too because we were staying in casa Shelly. When arriving don’t drive to the hotel, the streets are quite narrow, but there are drop off points on the main road close. I’d recomendable dropping passengers at the closest point on the main road and parking in one of the car parks. The multi storey is very close, but very expensive. Great hotel, good value, would recommend and return.

We stayed 3 nights in this wonderful home, and as we entered we immediately felt relaxed. Beautifully decorated, clean, modern yet traditional, greatly positioned within the charming town of Vejer. The host Chris has been much helpful in providing us with great tips for the town and the greater area and also helped out as we forgot something in the room. I totally recommend it to anyone who wishes a great place to stay and relax following the visit of the surroundings during the day.

Great location, wonderful guesthouse, beautifully decorated and very quiet and clean. We immediately got into a very relaxed holiday feeling. Also, we received great restaurant recommendations and general tips about the region from Chris, who is the very nice owner of the place.
