Modern apartment, with nice lounge, kitchenette and separate bedroom. Very clean and quiet. Note the property is a steep walk to get to and from the town. Vathy is a nice town to visit for a quiet island break. The port area is charming

Διαβάζοντας τις προγενέστερες του 2020 κριτικές για το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα, το επιλέξαμε για τις φετεινές μας διακοπές στο πανέμορφο νησί της Ιθάκης. Δυστυχώς δεν είχαμε δεί τις 2 κριτικές του 2023 με βαθμολογία 1-2/5 με τις οποίες -κατόπιν εορτής-συμφωνούμε απόλυτα. Θέλουμε να καταθέσουμε κι εμείς την εμπειρία μας για να ενημερώσουμε και να αποτρέψουμε μελλοντικούς ενοίκους. Πρωινό υποτυπώδες: λίγα βασικά συσκευασμένα τρόφιμα στο ψυγείο που δεν ανανεώθηκαν ή εμπλουτίσθηκαν μέσα στη βδομάδα της διαμονής μας. Τίποτα φρέσκο και χειροποίητο εκτός απο 2 φέτες φρέσκου κέικ που μας πρόσφεραν ένα βράδυ. Το κρεβάτι απαράδεκτο: να βουλιάζει στο κέντρο και να τρίζει έντονα στη παραμικρή κίνηση σώματος. Ο σύζυγος μου, με κάποιο θέμα οσφυαλγίας, αναγκάστηκε να κοιμηθεί στον καναπέ του σαλονιού τα 5 βράδια. Η καθαριότητα ελαχίστη: η συμπαθέστατη Γκέρτα άδειαζε καθε μέρα τα σκουπίδια,άλλαξε πετσέτες σεντόνια μια φορά μόνο, εγώ είχα σε τάξη τα πάντα αλλά δε μοσχομύριζε καθαριότητα. Σίγουρα αυτά συμβαίνουν γιατί το ανέλαβε πρακτορείο και δεν υπάρχει πλέον η προσωπική φροντίδα και φιλοξενία που έτυχαν οι διαμένοντες προ covid- αυτό δεν είναι πλέον δικαιολογία-. Είπαμε τα παράπονα μας στη κοπέλα του πρακτορείου κι ακόμη περιμένουμε τηλ απο τον διαχειριστή. Ο οποίος μας είχε στείλει με SMS υπενθύμιση πληρωμής 2 μέρες πριν την αναχώρηση μας.Απρόσωπα... Κρίμα γιατί είναι σε όμορφο σημείο με θέα,με ικανοποιητικό εξοπλισμό αλλα με παρωχημένη αισθητική και καμμία ανανέωση ιδίως σε είδη κλινοστατισμού. Κανένα προσωπικό ενδιαφέρον και νοιάξιμο. Μόνο για εκμετάλευση. Πόσο ακόμη...??

Αν σας περισσεύουν 200€ μπορείτε να πληρώσετε για υπέροχη θέα. Κατά τα άλλα δεν έχει πρωινο, πάρα μόνο ένα καλωσόρισμα, και καθαριότητα μηδέν. Καθαριότητα εννοούν μόνο την αλλαγή των σκουπιδιών. Ούτε καν στρώσιμο κρεβατιού. Για σφουγγαρισμα και μπάνιο Ούτε λόγος!!!!! Και όλα αυτά αφού έχεις κάνει την παρατήρηση!!!! Όσον αφορά την reception εννοούν το υπόγειο όπου βρίσκεται η κοπέλα της καθαριότητας. Κατά τα άλλα υπέροχη θέα και άνετα δωμάτια.
