Allein eine Reise nach Indien, eine Nachtzugfahrt. Ankunft direkt in Varanasi am Morgen. Sehr leicht zu finden, nur in der Gasse an der Kreuzung. Der kleine Innenhof hat eine gute Umgebung und die Zimmer sind sauber, was in einem tollen Kontrast zur Außenwelt steht. Essen Sie mehr nach ausländischem Geschmack. Am dankbarsten ist der junge Mann an der Rezeption, Sunil, der sehr ernst und vorsichtig ist. Ich spreche nicht gut Englisch, also hat er sich den Chinesisch-Englisch-Übersetzungsdialog selbst heruntergeladen! So vieles hat mir geholfen. Und ich ging nach Luyeyuan, er half mir, ein Tutu-Auto zu schicken, das die Einheimischen kostete! Ich danke dir sehr. Alle anderen sind sehr nett und alle können beruhigt sein.

The hotel is under rated. It is a 3star hotel with facilities and design like a 4 star hotel. We booked 7 rooms and had 10 cars with us we were wondering hotel does not have a parking but the staff told us that the hotel have a valet parking when we went there we found huge parking & secure space land where a lot of car can be parked its just a 2 mins drive hardly. Food:- Chef Manish made our day right from the breakfast lunch and dinner it was superb with not so hotel hyped up rates.. the rates were genuine and taste was superb Soft Drinks:- This hotel does not have a lot of soft drinks options except for cold drinks juices and sodas Rooms:- we booked mix category rooms and all the rooms were cozy and used natural colors interior we felt very relaxed. Price- we booked the rooms from MAKEMYTRIP out of 7 rooms 4 we booked from MMT and rest we booked directly through them in which we got cheaper rates i suggest you to do the same. Staffs:- Hotel is new staff experience was mixed experience. Amenties- Top notched General Manager- This *** is very kind and highly professional. For our every queries he had the best advises from Banarasi saree to local sightseeings all he managed very well.

PPANCHALDas Hotel ist eine perfekte Mischung aus moderner Luxus und klassischer Charme. Die Lobby ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit Möbeln und einer einladenden Atmosphäre. Die Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details im Innendesign schafft ein Gefühl von Komfort und Sophistikation.
Mein Zimmer war nichts anderes als spektakulär. Die Aufmerksamkeit auf die Reinigkeit war offensichtlich, und das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet mit allen Einrichtungen, die man beantragen könnte. Das Bett war unglaublich komfortabel, die sicherte eine ruhige Nacht Schlaf. Das Design des Zimmers zeigte eine bedenkliche Mischung aus zeitgenössischer Stil und praktischer Funktionalität.

Ich habe 10 Tage in der heiligen Stadt verbracht. Die Zeit im Hotel war wie in einer Oase. Die Zimmer und das ganze Haus waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. *** hat das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Auch auf Sonderwünsche wird sofort eingegangen. Auch die fast täglichen Monsterhochzeiten haben dank gutem Schallschutz nicht gestört. Ich werde meinen nächsten Aufenthalt wiederum hier verbringen.

GGastnutzerA quiet and comfortable hotel tucked in one of the busy main roads of Benaras. The hotel has a good location with multiple choices of public travel (Uber, Ola, local autos and e-rickshaws) to reach the temples, ghats and local shopping areas. The hotel has an elegant aura that makes you feel immediately welcomed with neat and spacious rooms. The staff are very efficient and polite and forthcoming to share local details when asked. Amongst the best things that will take me back again to the hotel on my next visit are the hotel's respect for guest's privacy and the excellent food at their restaurant.

Welcome is good but the stay experience is very poor 1. No exhaust in toilet/bathroom, handwash isn't even available.Forget a bath tub, geyser isnt even working properly. 2. Very poor maintenance of rooms,wall seepage observed,fungus filled pillows,damaged room lock,no slippers given,untidy blanket 3. Staff is good but no clear instructions given to them from their mgmt side. 4. House keeping is not being done. Rooms need to be cleaned daily, dustbins need to have cover and should be cleaned daily. 5. Door mats should be given atleast for bathroom. Slippers need to be provided 6. No cleaning of towels,rooms,toilet etc. 7. Only the welcome lounge is good but not rooms.Size of rooms is extremely small, not at all suitable for the price. 8. Limited options available for maincourse. You are not allowed to choose both fish& chicken. What if one member doesnot eat any one of those. 9. I have visited HHI Bbsr, but HHI Varanasi isn't that good. 10. Needs a lot of improvement in service or else the hotel is going to loose all its guests if this kind of service continues. People are not going to come again to this hotel for this kind of service at such high prices.

GGastnutzerMr arup owner of the hotel was helpful. Overall good stay. Location is prime in godowlia crossing. Will highly recommend this hotel because of location, near to temple which is 5 min walk. One can see the main market place from the balcony which is just outside the hotel once you will step out. Cost is also reasonable compared to location. Only suggestion will be if there will be restaurant facility for bengali dishes it will be really nice.
