Schönes Hotel und hervorragender Kundenservice. Es ist sehr gut Hotel für den Aufenthalt in Varanasi. Schöne Atmosphäre mit hilfsbereitem Personal und auch sie haben schönes Restaurant mit testigen Lebensmitteln. Aber besuchen Sie es, wenn Sie jemals planen, Varanasi zu kommen.

We travelled as a group of seventeen including elderly people. From the day we booked at the Hilton, the service was impeccable. What stood out was that this level of exceptional service was seen across departments from the front office to the concierge/travel desk to restaurant and housekeeping. I specifically want to mention Mr. Atul (Manager) who provided us with exceptional service. He went out of his way to accommodate our request for early check-in. We do not believe that we would have been able to explore and enjoy Varanasi the way we did without Travel desk help & support. Also wanted to thanks to the entire Hilton team for providing us with great service. Overall, a wonderful experience and we look forward to coming back.

I was visited on varansi on 04 March to 6 March 2022.i stayed in Saffraon hotel with my familybfor 02 nights. Hotel was at clean and hygiene..Food was very tasty and affordable price..location of hotel is centre ,you get auto rickshaw every time near hotel..

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ordentlich, der Service war sehr freundlich und höflich und die Sicherheit wurde zweimal nach dem Betreten der Tür überprüft, was sehr sicher war! Der Punkt ist, dass Sie es persönlich spüren werden, hier ist wie im Himmel und Wanaras draußen ist wie eine magische Welt! Ich fühle mich wert zu bleiben!

(Besser) Der Hall ist sauber und schön. Die Mitarbeiter unterstützen, Kleidung und Service sind gut. Selbst wenn ich um 15 Uhr zur Abwesenheitsregelung gehe, kann ich auch normal für die Abwesenheitsregelung sorgen, selbst wenn ich um 12 Uhr gehe. Das Restaurant ist schön. Das Bett ist sehr entspannt und schläft sehr komfortabel. Guter Service Der Pool ist sehr schön. Das ist nicht das Niveau, das Sie nicht schwimmen werden. Das Frühstücksmenü ändert sich jeden Tag. Ich lebte zwei Nächte, aber ich bin froh, dass es sich verändert hat. (Schlimmer) Meine Freundin Ohrhörer sind im Zimmer gebrochen, aber nicht gefunden. Etwa 2 Stunden nach dem Austritt ... Der Windsauger ist alt. Der Bau lautet sehr gut. Zeit 々 Stromausfall (etwa 1 Minute dauert, um wiederherzustellen, aber die Frequenz ist sehr hoch ...) It's location on the Ganga (Meer Ghat) is very useful for those seeking the peace of the river. It's also very close to Gate No 2 for a relatively fast darshan of Kashi Vishweshwar Temple complex.The view of the Ganga from the hotel is great. In addition, there are a few rooms with a direct view of the river.Our room was comfortable, and clean, the bed was cozy, the amenities were adequate. The welcome desk and the staff was responsive and helpful. We asked for and got a hot water kettle too. While the ghat is highly accessible, you will need to walk to it from the Godolia Chowk, about 300 meters away, where the cab drops you. Be mindful of this, if you have a lot of luggage. Overall a nice place, highly recommended.

Tourist trap alert : Don't book this so called hotel : it is actually not a hotel but a makeshift one with a few rooms kept aside for rental with the callous owner running his legal office in the same premises . There are no trained staff to take care of guests with one inept and very sad looking individual kept for errands . They insist on collecting the full due amount after a booking at the time of checking in with no option for cancellation once you see the place. They probably know that no one will come back here for a 2nd visit . Reasons : 1) Location deep inside a myriad of narrow alleys. Parking is a nightmare . You have to carry your bags up to the door and then up the stairs as there is no elevator. 2) Free breakfast scam : there is no place set aside for this. A minimal breakfast is supposedly sent to the room purposely after 9 am by some 3rd party which is not practical for anyone visiting temples in morning hours or checking out early . 3) Poor amenities: they skimp on basic items like a towel , soap and do not provide enough items even after requesting . The rooms , bathrooms are sub standard , unsafe with wet floors and inconvenient . 4) No provision of heating during the cold winter even in the so called deluxe rooms which were sold saying they had AC. Overall This place is a definite NO NO. No stars Absolutely zero star

Die Zimmer sind sauber, auch das Badezimmer ist top. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Beim Check-in erklärte uns die Rezeption die genauen Sightseeing Highlights und Essensoptionen (vor allem für Europäer wichtig) und auch die jeweiligen Taxi Raten die wir nicht übersteigen sollten. Das war ein sehr hilfreicher Tipp. Ebenso kann ein Airport Transfer direkt über das Hotel gebucht werden - sehr angenehm.
