Herrlicher Pool mit unglaublicher Aussicht! Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Das Buffet ist recht vielfältig. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal!

Als Erstes ist der hervorragende Service der Arbeiter hervorzuheben, insbesondere der der Zimmerleute und Butler. Die Angebote im Buffetrestaurant entsprechen von der Produktvielfalt zwar nicht dem Niveau eines 5-Sterne-Hotels, es ist jedoch hervorzuheben, dass sie sehr gut zubereitet sind und einen sehr guten Geschmack haben.

Playa Vista Azul..we cannot Thank you enough!! Your Staff are AMAZING..the resort is AMAZING!! From Arasay, Jon, Yuri, Diana, Yimmy, Livia,Regal, all the staff at the Premium section restaurant, pool staff, beach attendants,regular lobby Great Entertainment Staff and the cart driver who remembered us from our previous visit..WE THANK YOU!! We will return!! We did not encounter any shortages or any negativity.. We did however encounter the most wonderful place with the most wonderful people. And left with Great Memories and a few New Friends ❤️ If you would like to visit..we highly recommend Playa Vista Azul!! You will not be disappointed!

omg where do i start . hotel clean beautiful and very well organized . from check in that took literally 5 minutes to the room being exactly where I requested it.(in from of the main pool on the ground floor):). to the fantastic service at the lobby, buffet and pool . The infinity pool at the lobby with fantastic views of the ocean was spectacular. resort clean , employees so friendly . Thank you to gilberto at the buffet for offering such great service i will come back to this hotel thanks to him and his coworkers at the buffet. Every morning, lunch and supper we had a table ready for us, reminds me of old school cuban service . food was plentiful even for us and we don’t eat meat. really this resort exceeded my expectations. The only issue I had is with the beachfront, which was not particularly the best cuban beaches ,especially if you would like to take a long walk on the beach, however, walking a few minutes away from the resort on the beach you do get to a better beachfront and you can have a long walk. everything else was so perfect that it will not keep me away from coming back to this resort. wow i was impressed . good job to the managers for keeping service at this resort a priority. 5* honestly . bravo

This was our ninth trip to Cuba (all different resorts) and we have to say this was one of the best experiences! The hotel was very clean, well-maintained and had everything that we would expect in Cuba. The rooms were basic, but everything worked as it should; the bars were excellent, with great service, and any drink you desired (with the exception of Canadian Caesars, unfortunately!) The beaches were a bit of a trek from our room (ground floor, Block 3 right by the pool) but we're more pool people anyway. There were always loungers available (many with pergola covers) and they were nicely spaced to provide some privacy. The only "complaint" was that it was hard to fit in that afternoon power nap with the boom-boom poolside music blasting from 3 - 6 pm everyday! Pool bar was always a fun place to swim up to, especially with Victor as bartender! Best server in the pool area was Yaniva / Yalinda ?(sp?) at the snack bar with a great sense of humour for us crazy Canucks! The Buffet was the usual Cuban fare, although there were a couple of days with tasty beef and pork on the grill, and awesome omelets and pizzas (if you got there early enough). Our favourite server, Michael always greeted us with a smile and a Café con leche! But if you want a really good special coffee, check out Benny's between the pool and the Buffet. The À la carte restaurants were ok... our favourite was the Italian although the one trip to the Boca Marina Caribbean-style restaurant was pretty delicious. All with excellent service and pretty good wine! We couldn't book these (only Premium guests could book À la carte's) but we always got in around 7 pm, after the first sitting was done. Wonderful free entertainment (Cuban singers and dancers, piano bar in the lobby, small roving band ... different every night). Make sure you show your appreciation with a small gratuity! For lunch, make sure you find the Beach Ranchon, just past the teen club, near the small beach! Great service and awesome food. All in all, a great hotel with excellent service and facilities. We will be back!

The staff was super nice, the beach was awesome. Entertainment was great, views of the infinity pool was stunning and the drinks at the lobby are great also the waitress livia was super nice she is doing great I recommend for everyone to come and have this experience
