Das All-Inclusive-Hotel bietet ein hohes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, eine wunderschöne Umgebung, blauen Himmel, klares Wasser und einen weißen Sandstrand, der zum Verweilen einlädt. Das Hotel scheint nett zu sein, das Essen war ok, man konnte immer etwas finden, sodass man am Ende nicht hungrig war.
Der Service war nicht so toll, sehr langsam, ich habe beim Frühstück zweimal nach Kaffee gefragt und nie einen bekommen.
Ich war sehr enttäuscht, da wir uns auf tägliche Aktivitäten wie Spanischunterricht, Bingo usw. gefreut hatten und es überhaupt keine Unterhaltung gab.
Ich habe sogar Fotos vom Tagesprogramm gemacht, um zu wissen, was laufen sollte, und als ich den Animator fragte, warum nichts davon stattfindet, sahen sie mich nur an und lächelten.
Sehr enttäuschend.
Alles in allem war es ein guter Aufenthalt, schöner Strand, schöne Kaffeebar.

Hallo, das Hotel ist sehr fertig und die Wahrheit ist, dass es besser ist, etwas mehr zu verlangen und die Dinge besser zu machen. Ich weiß nicht, ob es das Phänomen Kubas ist, aber das Essen ist unverschämt, alles ist kalt und es gibt keine Abwechslung und es gibt einen jüngeren Koch, der stets schlecht gelaunt bleibt. Für Kuba ein sehr gutes Hotel. Das Gebiet ist groß und grün. Alles ist sauber, die Zimmer sind gut. Die Leute sind aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit, sehr nette Leute.
