All-Inclusive-Hotel, das Buffet-Essen im Restaurant ist geschmacklich und qualitativ gut, der Service ist auch sehr gut, die Getränke sind kostenlos und es gibt abends Konzerte, sehr zu empfehlen. Obwohl die Zimmerausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr hoch

Es war unser erster Aufenthalt in diesem All-Inclusive-Hotel. Es war hygienisch, praktisch und sehr nah am Meer. Es entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Es war 8 Kilometer vom VIAZUL-Bahnhof entfernt und kostete etwa zehn US-Dollar. Ich habe ein All-Inclusive-Zimmer für Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen gebucht. Das kulinarische Erlebnis war auch sehr gut. Die Omelettes und Steaks waren köstlich. Auch die Abendaktivitäten waren sehr lebhaft. Es war eine lohnende Reise!

Es war keine entspannende Erfahrung.
Angefangen bei der Rezeption, unfreundliches Personal.
Sie teilten uns ein Zimmer zu, in dem jeden Morgen über unserem mit den Renovierungsarbeiten begonnen wurde. Schon um acht Uhr morgens hörten wir das Hämmern mit dem Schlauch, herunterfallende Wand- oder Gipskartonstücke und eine laute Kommunikation zwischen ihnen. Die Arbeit geht den ganzen Vormittag weiter und als wir dann mit der Rezeption sprechen, wissend von dieser Verwechslung, sagen sie uns, dass sie bis fünf Uhr nachmittags andauert.
Bei diesen sich wiederholenden und lästigen Geräuschen war es unmöglich, sich auszuruhen.
Die Dusche war schrecklich. Wir haben zweimal Würmer auf der Duschwanne gefunden. Vielleicht kommen wir wegen Renovierungsarbeiten von oben.
Akzeptable Sauberkeit. Erst nachdem diese Verwechslung besprochen wurde, begannen sie, mehr auf Sauberkeit zu achten.
Schrecklicher Tischservice. Manche Leute schienen sogar genervt zu sein, als wir um ein Glas Wasser oder einen Löffel baten. Einmal ignorierten sie uns sogar, ohne uns etwas zu trinken zu bringen, sobald wir Platz genommen hatten.
Melia ist das schlechteste Hotelerlebnis und die schlechteste Kette, die ich je probiert habe.
Ich würde es in Zukunft nie wieder wählen, ich kann es nicht empfehlen.

Unser Aufenthalt im Sol Palmeras Varadero war einfach fantastisch! Die Anlage ist wunderschön, das Essen vielfältig und lecker, und die Lage am Strand perfekt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den exzellenten Kundenservice – ein großer Dank an den Kundenservice-Chef Osiris, der uns überaus freundlich und professionell betreut hat und stets für eine angenehme Atmosphäre sorgte. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schönes Hotel mit einer super Strandlage. Betten bequem, Zimmer sauber. Buffetresaurant sehr laut, aber es gibt immer genug Auswahl. Es ist halt Kuba. Wir haben auch die Resaurants besucht. Es sind alle zu empfehlen. Personal egal wo, ob Bar, Restaurant,Rezeption oder Pool immer mit einem lächeln und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen wieder !
