Pros: The art & the view from the terrace. Cons: Never slept so bad in my entire life. No AC, dark dirty room (room #12) The breakfast "buffet" is a joke. No one at the reception when we tried to check out, we waited for 15 minutes, rang the clock and doorbell a number of times. We had to go down to the breakfast room to tell them that we wanted to check out. No elevators. We sent several emails before checking in. No answers. I honestly don't get the good reviews here.

Very special place. The decor is beautiful and quite unique, different artworks decorating each bedroom and the communal areas gorgeously laid out in wood and tiling. A huge, sunny terrace boasts a plunge pool with a view and the breakfasts were lovely. The position is perfect, right in the middle of the very bohemian area full of tiny shops and cafes and the hotel itself is very safe, inside a gated entrance. Staff were utterly lovely and really helpful. One of the nicest places I’ve stayed.

Great hotel at the top of the tourist hills region. Renovated house with 14 individually designed rooms each with private bathroom. The towels and bedding was clean, bed ok for a one night stay. No AC but windows brought in a nice breeze. Great location as it is close to the restaurants, funiculars. Also has an amazing pool with an awesome view. Breakfast was included and bonus with free parking. The reception was great and really helpful and told us the history about the house. Lots of modern artwork in the house.

Our last night in Chile and this beautiful hotel was the perfect way to end an amazing trip. The hotel is located in the heart of town near loads of bars and restaurants and in the heart of the street art area and the art isn’t just confined to the streets as each room is individually designed with fantastic artwork as are the common areas. Staff were really friendly and helpful and secure parking was a bonus. Would have happily spent several nights here

Reservé vía web (servicio de paxer) y dado que en su información decía que para modificaciones debería contactar directamente al hotel, fue lo que hice, ya que por fuerza mayor no iba a poder llegar la primera noche. En la llamada telefónica (tal como indica paxer en la reserva) me confirman que la reserva queda confirmada para el día siguiente y que debía cancelar al llegar al establecimiento. El día del arribo, me indican que la reserva no la habían modificado, si no que la habían cancelado ya que no se había pagado antes, contraviniendo expresamente lo indicado por la recepción. No hubo solución, ni disculpas, solo se limitaron a decir que "el sistema" canceló reserva. Me quedé sin explicación y con mi familia sin alojamiento, aún cuando yo había cumplido con lo indicado por el hotel. Lamentable la irresponsabilidad y poca seriedad de un hotel como este. No es confiable hacer una reserva o seguir lo que ellos mismos indican, no se recomienda reservar ni alojar con ellos. Demasiado riesgo para una ciudad pequeña, con poca oferta. Un desastre.
