We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. All the prior reviews were found to be very accurate and to the point. We had a very comfortable room with a kitchenette area, which was great for a making hot beverages in the morning and reheating some leftovers in the microwave From a delicious restaurant located nearby. One of the best things, is the hospitality of the staff. The front desk team were very welcoming and assisted with recommendations and tourist information. Breakfast was very good in the morning and the restaurant team were willing to cook your eggs, anyway you desired. The city does have security issues so be sure to ask the staff for tips on how to stay safe. I don’t want to be overly alarming, but vigilance is required. We did witness a tourist being robbed down by the harbor area, quite some distance from the hotel. We did a very enjoyable walking tour of the city and of course felt safe within the group.

Die negativen Bewertungen, die überall mal auftauchen, kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Wenn man einen Mängel oder sonstige Wünsche hat werden sie im Sheraton direkt erfüllt oder gelöst. Ich möchte allen Mitarbeitern Danke sagen aber ganz besonders : dem Manager Herrn Omar ein sehr kompetenter Mann, der super netten Managerin Jessica die immer ein offenes Ohr für alles und jeden hat, den Life Guards Mohamed und Nadi, Hassan von der Strandbar, Allen Kellnern vor allem, Elsayed, Abdullah, Yusef ebenfalls den Köchen, die immer ihr bestes geben vor allem Chef Mohamed. Den Gärtnern die die ganze Anlage super pflegen. Den Zimmerboys sei ebenfalls gedankt und alle die ich vergessen haben sollte.

We stayed one night prior to boarding a cruise. We arrived mid to late morning on New Years Day and thankfully they were able to get us into a room right away. It was maybe a 1 km or so walk to the waterfront, with many shops, restaurants, etc. both on the waterfront and along the way. Easily caught an UBER to the cruise port the next morning after checkout and I think the fare was under 5 USD. Breakfast was very nice and adequate for our needs. The room was quiet and service was good. They brought us an iron and ironing board on request. We enjoyed a nice, light dinner in the restaurant as well.

Brechböden, ungeschalteten Wände, schmutziges Glas, schlechter Zustand Zimmermöbel, gutes Frühstücksservice, aber nicht 5-Sterne-Ställe, synthetisches Schal, schlechte Qualität Jamón, nicht natürliche Saft. Ich besuche das Hotel vor 10 Jahren und sie haben es in all diesen Jahren offensichtlich nicht belastet. Es ist schade, denn trotzdem ist es immer noch ein großes Hotel. SCHRITTE ER

Dieses Hotel ist die eigentliche Definition von überpreister Mittelkräftigkeit. Der Dingdong bei Pullman HQ fühlt sich, dass grau grau alles ist das beste Farbschema denkbar. Zero Farben. Es ist ein bisschen wie über kochiertes Fleisch hier, wenn ich diese Metapher nutzen könnte. Das Frühstück ist nur bis zu 2 Sterne Holiday Inn und immer das gleiche alte günstige Essen. Aber andererseits muss ich für einige Dinge glücklich sein: Ich habe nicht Nahrungsvergiftung Die Handtücher sind ziemlich alt und Gewebebeer- in meinem Haus wären diese vor zwei oder drei Jahren ausgegossen worden. Das Design in den Duschen ist so konzipiert, dass Wasser über den Boden leckt, wie, wieder, die gleiche Person bei HQ, die dachte, dass Omnipresent Gray ein fantastisches Farbschema auf die geniale Idee der Duschen ohne Türen, die Leckagen über den gesamten Boden verursachen, sprang auf die geniale Idee der Dusche mit keiner Tür, die Leckagen über den Boden verursacht. Floor so muss man sie verwenden, um die Flut mit den 2 Handtüchern zu bewegen. Auch um Geld zu sparen die Handtücher sind die gleichen wie die Dusche Handtücher, so dass Sie Ihr Gesicht auf etwas setzen, wo jemands Füße vorher waren. Und wenn Sie Ihren Gesicht gut waschen wollen, sind sie zu günstig, sogar Gesichtshandschuhe. Und um es zu erhöhen, indem sie zusätzlich Beleidigung zu verletzen, zahlen sie viel Geld für all die oben genannten in diesen Zimmern, angesichts dessen, was Sie bekommen und wo Sie sind.. Also strict company policy even if you're staying here for many days is to ration out only one freakin' water bottle upon check in- after that you're on your own buddy. Es scheint, als ob der einzige Grund, warum sie sich irgendwie in eine vierterne Rating-Stellung gesetzt haben, in einen mittelgroßen Dachpool. Auch nicht wagen, ein Zimmer auf der Stadtblick/Straßenseite zu buchen, weil es so viel Straßenlärm gibt und sie natürlich nicht fühlten, dass sie nicht auf doppelt gepanzerten Fenster wie die alten Handtücher und kleine Wasserflasche pro Zimmer für den vollen Aufenthalt zu verbringen. Ok, also wenn Sie nicht ein Zimmer auf der Straße buchen und ein Buch auf der Ozeanseite, das ist ok, dann schlagen sie für ein ruhiges Zimmer. Nun, es ist alles meine Schuld - ich hätte einen Airbnb reservieren und für ein anständiges Frühstück anderswo gehen sollen (die ich mehrmals aus anderen Abscheu wegen ihrer fehlenden grauen mittelschweren Frühstück gemacht habe...).

The hotel is really well-maintained, and there is attention to detail about almost everything to make it a great stay. When the mini fridge in my room didn't work, they sent someone immediately to take it away and replace it with a working one. The buffet breakfast had a variety of foods, and safety protocol were in place with food wrapped individually and staff wearing masks at all times. There are a few things that could have been better. I found that the water for taking a shower wasn't hot at all, and I was hoping it would have been better since this was my second stay at this hotel this year. The other thing is that I am a member of their reward program, but after both of my stays my account wasn't credited with the points or nights I had accrued. I've had to call various numbers and talk to different people to get the points, which is a bit of a hassle. Overall I will stay again.

Location, location, location. This Radisson has a million dollar view, hands down. It’s location in this part of Chile puts it in a true paradise. My husband and I stayed here the first week of January 2023 and had a fabulous experience. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. We ate several meals in the restaurants and enjoyed the breakfast buffet with eggs to order every day. The buffet is not an American style breakfast, it is a European style breakfast. This being Chile, the fruits and vegetables were delicious. Added delights were the fresh squeezed orange juice and Café con leche 💕 Traveling in a pandemic world, means that you do need to address things such as housekeeping when you check into a facility to let them know how often and when you would like your housekeeping. Our room was impeccably clean, but it did seem that the facility was short staffed, especially for housekeeping personnel. (This occurrence is a common one traveling internationally.) We did purchase our room through our local travel agent, and as such the rate we paid was well below the advertised rate at check in. Frankly, for the location and included amenities, either rate was well in line with comparable hotels around the world. This coast of Chile is a wonderful treasure, and this Radisson staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. I am sorry to read others did not have as positive experience as we did. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. We had a delightful time, and hope to return.
