This is a mixed review. I had booked into Barrakka Suites but I needed to extend my stay in Malta and the Barrakka Suites was full on that date. Cliff kindly offered me a room in another facility he owned and this was good. The taxi met us at the airport (midnight as the flight had been delayed). This was very good. The following morning we had to navigate our way to the Barrakka Suites. No map, no instructions, massive hill to climb with bags and jet lag. At the top, we asked anyone and everyone for directions. No-one could help. 45 minutes later, we were standing outside the Castile building and a young couple asked if we were looking for the Barrakka Suites - they had been equally lost when they arrived and recognized the dazed look on our faces. The room was pleasant, the bathroom was brand new. But, the next day the coffee pods were not replalced, the lights in the entryway and stairs were not working. It was pitch black even in the middle of the day, and a death trap. The following day the bed was not made, water not replaced. On the final day, the keyless entry stopped working. Despite calls and messages over the days, there was no response. But, the location was perfect, so the review is truly mixed.
