"While staying in the city with my sister and husband, we were attacked by the receptionist and some unknown individuals upon arrival for no apparent reason. We have videos and photos to prove it. A complaint has been filed. Do not go there under any circumstances; we were completely bewildered and don't understand how this could have happened. Unfortunately, I cannot post the videos and photos of the injuries and other people involved, as these are documents that will be used in the legal proceedings."

"Where to begin? This 18th century palazzo style villa is hidden behind a tall wall with the original wooden door and knocker to greet you. Behind the door is an oasis of calm with high ceilings, original frescos and floors and the kind of deco and comforts you might expect in a five star hotel (seriously bougie toiletries). Breakfast is simple and excellent coffee, pastries juice and French style fried eggs taken in the palm sheltered garden. I had no opportunity to use the pool but it is nestled elegantly beyond the terrace. The rooms are superbly comfortable and the location is close to trains and buses which take you to all the major sites of the south of France. I was here for a festival in Cannes and it was 15-20 mins door to door to the palais by train. There is a small restored chapel in the grounds and uncountable architectural features which have been restored. Highly recommended and a big thank you to the team there who gave me such a warm welcome."

She made us feel welcome from the very first moment. Daniel prepared a delicious breakfast every morning – fresh, local and made with care. It was the perfect way to start the day. The property is located in a very peaceful area, surrounded by nature and at the same time close to all the main attractions. The view was absolutely stunning – we enjoyed it every single day. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind, yet still be conveniently connected to everything we wanted to explore. We couldn’t have asked for more – highly recommended!"
