Die Möbel im Hotelzimmer sind wirklich alt und alt. Ich glaube immer, dass die Servicepersonal nicht professionell genug ist und als 5-Sterne-Hotel gut ausgebildet werden sollte. Da die Pools während der Ausbrüche ein Termin machen müssen, ist die Pool-Rezeption etwas unhöflich. Ich kann nicht versuchen, die Gäste des Ladens zu schwimmen, manchmal weil die Zahl voll ist, können auch die Gäste des Ladens den Pool nicht verwenden. Ich denke, dass das Hotel nicht sehr freundlich ist. Außerdem ist das Hotel etwas auf dem neuesten Stand, wie zum Beispiel eine andere Adresse, die Mauer in der Nähe des Hotels-Helikopters. Wenn es gebaut wird, sollten einige Zimmer geschlossen werden, die nicht vorbehalten werden können, aber das Hotel scheint überhaupt nicht geplant zu sein, die gesamte Gebäude ist grau und die Gäste verlassen. Kurz gesagt, ich denke, dieses Hotel ist wie ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel, und die Serviceverwaltung ist wirklich nicht gut.

Für zwei Nächte haben wir mit Freunden in diesem Haus logiert. Früh angekommen, konnten wir die Zimmer zwar noch nicht beziehen, aber unser Gepäck abgeben und uns in die Stadt zum Frühstücken begeben. Bereits um 10 Uhr wurden wir angerufen, da unsere Zimmer bezugsbereit waren. Die Zimmer waren sehr gepflegt, sauber und äusserst cool eingerichtet. Die Mini-Bar gut bestückt, das Badezimmer hatte einiges an ”Shampoo-Sachen”, die Betten bequem und das Zimmer konnte man sehr gut abdunkeln (für die Siesta-Zeit äusserst angenehm). Im Hotel fand noch eine Tagung statt, weshalb einiges an Betrieb war, aber das war nicht störend. Generell hat man das Gefühl, dass das Hotel sehr lebendig ist und auch in der Lobby immer etwas los ist. So haben wir auch mal da was getrunken und unsere Pläne für den Tag geschmiedet. Die Lage: sehr zentral und für unseren Geschmack alles zu Fuss einfach und schnell erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert und preiswert für ein 5-Sterne-Haus.

Wir waren mit meinen Eltern für zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel. Als wir ankamen war um 14:00 Uhr erst ein Zimmer bereit, da Check-in um 15:00 Uhr sei. Wir gingen dann lunchen und kamen um 15:45 Uhr zurück. Es hieß dann, dass das zweite Zimmer immer noch nicht bereit sei. Ich insistierte darauf, dass man uns gesagt habe, ab 15:00 Uhr sei das Zimmer frei und meine Eltern bekamen plötzlich ein anderes freies Zimmer im Haupthaus. Die Zimmer sind sehr speziell. Direkt zum Innenhof wo die Terrasse der Bar ist. Auch ansonsten nicht sehr speziell. Am zweiten Tag kamen wir um 18:45 Uhr zurück ins Hotel und wollten duschen. Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass es keinerlei Handtücher mehr im Bad hatte. Auf unsere Reklamation hin, brachte man uns dann zwei Tücher und offerierte uns zwei Flaschen Wasser. Von einem 5-Sterne Hotel erwartet man einfach mehr. Solche Sachen dürfen nicht passieren. Wir würden das Hotel nicht nochmals buchen.

Auch wenn Valencia nicht eine beliebte Touristenstadt ist, ist der Servicepersonal dieses Hotels wirklich super enthusiastisch, von wie man Fahrrad vermietet, wo man essen und wie man die Route besucht ... intim für Sie denken. Denn der Service dieses Hotels mag diese Stadt auch besser. Das Zimmer im Hotel ist sehr charakteristisch, der Teppichpool ist sehr groß, es ist ziemlich komfortabel, die Badezubehör sind auch sehr gut, die Getränke im Zimmer sind immer zu trinken, wenn Sie hier wieder kommen, werden Sie sicher bleiben, alle Punkte sind voll!

Wir haben in diesem Hotel für zwei Nächte in einem gebuchten Deluxe Doppel Zimmer übernachtet. Das Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe und war sauber. Leider hatten wir keine Nachttische, so dass wir einen Stuhl zu Hilfe nehmen mussten. Dieser Stuhl stand am Abend immer noch da. Hier hätte ich mir mehr Umsicht durch das Personal gewünscht, die den Stuhl gern gegen einen angemessenen Gegenstand wie einen Hocker hätten austauschen dürfen. Das Bad war sehr groß und die Dusche war für zwei Personen enorm angenehm von der Größe her. Es gab zwei Duschköpfe, wobei einer so kaputt war, das das Wasser seitlich aus dem Kopf heraus lief. Auch die angegebenen Pflegeprodukte, die einem bei der Auswahl der Zimmer auf der Webseite immer wieder angezeigt wurden, waren nicht vorhanden. Es werden hochpreisige Pflegeprodukte in Bambusoptik gezeigt, die aber nicht vorhanden sind. Auf Nachfrage nach einem Rasierer wurde uns ein Plastikrasierer gereicht. Besser als garnichts, aber nicht wie angegeben. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, da wir es uns selber zusammen stellen konnten. Hier haperte es etwas mit der Sprache, da es kein deutsch sprechendes Personal und kein Buffet gab, sondern wir a la Carte bestellen mussten. Einerseits gut, andererseits schlecht. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt. Der Parkservice hat ausgezeichnet funktioniert.

Dieses Hotel lebte völlig auf Erwartungen. Die Lage ist großartig. Gute Verkehrsverbindungen - neben der Bushaltestelle & Metro-Stopp im Gegenteil. Frühstück ist erstaunlich! Alle Geschmacksarten für - Getreide, frisches Obst, Toast, kaltes Fleisch & Käse - kontinentales & heißes Essen verfügbar. 10/10 Allein für Frühstück! Freundliches Personal & schöne, kühle, saubere Zimmer - alle zu einem angemessenen Preis! Würde hier wieder bleiben.

Die Ankunft war super. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und die Receptionistinnen sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war leider erst ab 14:00 bezugsbereit, also gingen wir bereits auf Erkundungstour. So gegen 13:40 zog es uns Richtung Hotel zurück, das wir gerne kurz das Badezimmer aufgesucht hätten. Leider war es noch nicht fertig, doch rief 5 Min Später die Reinigung beider Reception an und gab grünes Licht. Im Zimmer angekommen, stank es nach Rauch als hätte zuvor jemand seine Zigaretten direkt im Zimmer geraucht auch das Badezimmer war davon betroffen. Damit nicht genug, war das Kissen Blut verschmiert und am Badzimmerboden lagen überall Haare verteilt, vom Rauchgestank ganz abgesehen. Für diesen Preis hätten wir definitiv etwas anderes erwarten dürfen.

We stayed here for a week as I was attending and international conference and this was one of the recommended hotels from the conference organisers. A two-star hotel but with an amazing restaurant, Sabbia who provide excellent food and free evening cabarets with your evening meals. The rooms are clean and airy, the hotel staff are excellent and very helpful. The location is on the beach, bust stops close by. Perfect. The only downside is the disco further round the bay which does not close down until 4 am. Even with the windows and shutters closed you can still here the bass drum music.

Wir reservierten dieses Hotel wegen der Lage und guter Bewertungen. Sie sind wirklich nur servierte Zimmer, die uns gut war, in einer tollen Lage. Das Zimmer war groß, minimal und das Badezimmer war auch gut. Die oben genannten Leute gingen jedoch in der Nacht und frühen Morgenstunde mit Schuhen auf - auf Holzböden! Der Fernseher hat das ganze Wochenende kein Signal erhalten und wir waren für die 2 von uns für 3 Nächte 2 Kaffeeboote und 1 kleine Flasche Wasser hinterlassen - ein wenig durchschnittlich, als der Frühstücksplatz 10 Minuten zu Fuß war! Vielleicht wäre ein Kettle und ein paar Teebeutel gut gewesen. Alles in allem, großes Zimmer, sehr sauber und großartig Lage.

Aufgrund der verschiedenen negativen Bewertungen hatte ich Angst zu buchen, aber stattdessen ein ausgezeichnetes Hotel, sauber, ruhig, freundlich an der Rezeption, Kaffee und Tee aus dem Automaten und Waffeln auf dem Zimmer mit Snacks. 20 Gehminuten von den Ciudades de las Artes oder Ruzafa entfernt. Wenn Sie mit dem Taxi anreisen, sparen Sie etwas, um nach Playa del Pinedo oder zum Flughafen zu fahren. Auf jeden Fall ist es auch fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Exzellent.

In Südkartagena nach Barcelona, wohnen Sie eine Nacht, befindet sich im Süden von Valencia, ca. 20-30 Minuten Fahrt vom Zentrum von Valencia, weil der Verkehr nicht sehr bequem ist, ist nur für Autofahrer geeignet, das Hotel ist einfach und sauber, kostengünstig! Es gibt kein Restaurant in der Nähe, kein Geschäft und kein Bequemlichkeitsgeschäft, muss erst nach der Lieferung zurück ins Hotel zurückkehren!

HOLA Llegamos al hotel a las 23.00 y realizamos el registro pero después nos marchamos hasta las 5:15 que retornamos a la habitación a dormir....Hasta aquí todo bien. Pero La puntuación siempre será baja cuando uno se encuentra una CUCARACHA en la habitación de un tamaño considerablemente grande y te diriges a recepción donde no hay nadie de 1.00am. a 8.00 am. dejando al cargo a un camarero el cual no puede dejar el bar para atender la urgencia la cual no tenia ni idea de que hacer además de desconocer el funcionamiento de la recepción. De 5:15 am a 6:45am estuvimos en la recepción con nuestra maletas SIN DORMIR esperando una solución que solo pudo darla una de las empleadas la cual tampoco era de la recepción y gracias a ella (Maribel) que limpio una habitación para que pudiéramos dormir porque mientras esperábamos un cliente abandono una de las habitaciones. Cuando abandonamos el hotel la única contestación de la que se supone responsable de la recepción a las 11:15 am. fue que nos invitaba a un café en el bar por las molestias, en el cual al pedir un batido se me cobro al no ser un café (me entra la risa). no se quien leerá estas opiniones pero me da bastante igual ya que no volveremos nadie de mi entorno.

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Sie können auf jeden Fall den Sonnenaufgang am Meer am Morgen sehen. Es gibt keine Hindernisse. Die Sandstrände draußen sind auch sehr schön und gut gepflegt. Die Gehwege am Meer sind sehr locker. Dieses Meer ist besser als das Meer von Basse. Aber die Hoteleinrichtungen sind etwas alt, die Badezimmer sind relativ klein, aber es scheint keine bessere Option zu geben. Dies ist bereits das teuerste Hotel in der gesamten Gegend. Die Dinge sind köstlich. Immerhin ist Valencia, der Geburtsort der Paella, insgesamt besser als Barcelona.

Wir reservierten ein Standardzimmer ohne Meerblick. Ich habe Asthma und kann nicht mit Klimaanlage schlafen. Es war wirklich heiß, als wir ankamen, und unser Fenster gab nicht gut genug Luft für mein Asthma. Als ich fragte, ob wir Zimmer wechseln könnten, waren sie wirklich wunderschön darüber und am nächsten Tag wandten sie uns zu einem Zimmer mit 100% Aussicht auf den Strand Las Arenas und das Meer mit einer erhobenen Terrasse. Besser als wir für den Budgetpreis erwartet hatten, den wir gezahlt haben. Obwohl es sich hier immer noch um ein Standardzimmer handelt, ist das Badezimmer wie ein 4-Sterne-Zimmer, das Zimmer ist spotless, Matratzen sind neu und komfortabel und alles funktioniert. Mit einer 5-Sterne-Aussicht. Jeder hier ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nichts ist zu viel Problem. Wir werden hier sicher wiederkommen.

Das Essen war gut, ich würde ihm einen 6-Noten geben. Das Schlimme war, dass es sehr wenige Sorten gab, es war immer eine Pasta, Fleisch (fast immer Hühner), Fisch und ein Fritz (Krokotten, Kabeljau-Pilze oder Sprotten) Wenn wir gerade erst kamen, wurden die Mahlzeiten auf 2 gesenkt, und es gab die gleichen Menschen wie Die Vorwoche bildeten sich auf allen Mahlzeiten Kleider, wenn es um 13.30 Uhr ein Essensraum wäre, mussten Sie um 13.00 Uhr oder früher Kleider machen, das gleiche am Abendessen und Frühstück, eine ganze Katastrophe. Er befasst sich mit Zimmern, die gut sind, antiken, aber genau wie die Fotos, die sie auf ihrem Web setzen. Der Reinigungsdienst, wie er überfüllt war, weil sie Personal eingeschränkt hatten, wurde in den Zimmern um 8:30 Uhr vorgestellt, natürlich die Leute, die uns oben berührt haben, gingen um 9 Uhr: 00 und als die Betten bewegt wurden, konnte man nicht schlafen und wir wach waren die der Reinigung. Der Pool gut, würde ich sagen, etwas kleines für das Hotel und die Mitarbeiter ein 10, sehr aufmerksam immer.

Het hotel ligt vlakbij het strand. Het hotel was heerlijk. Fijne keuken, prettig personeel en een zeer goede ligging. Kamer is ruim. Wel 1 minpunt. Er schijnt per 1 september 2023 een wetswijziging op het gebied van roken te zijn in Spanje. Dit is echt afgrijselijk. Er mag namelijk overal gerookt worden op het terras (Ook het overdekte stuk). De stank is vervolgens in de lobby te ruiken. Er wordt zelfs bij het zwembad gerookt! Mag niet maar dat interreseert de roker niet, die gooit zijn peuk gewoon in een plastic glaasje met een bodempje vocht, heb je geen asbak nodig, toch? Tip voor het hotel, maak het hotel echt rookvrij en creer een kleine ruimte bij de trap van 4 bij 4 meter waar alleen daar gerookt mag worden. Parkeergarage is er maar die zit wel gauw vol. Dus wees voorbereid. Parkeren in de buurt kan en is gratis maar erg druk. Wij komen zeker terug!Complimenten nogmaals voor het hotel.
