Nettes Hotel in guter Umgebung und Lage. Das Zimmer war sauber, Service war gut. Nur die Ausstattung war etwas älter und etwas abgewohnt.

Over all the staff was good. However, the room they gave me was on the first floor on the Main Street. Very noisy. When i asked to move me, they just had maintence come spray some liquid on the AC . Then the TV Remote did not work and of course, they did not have another. Not a location to stay at if you want to rest

Lovely hotel in a great location. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the housekeeping were wonderful they even serviced our room late one afternoon because we slept in . Valencia is easy to get about especially from this hotel . Just ask the front of house staff and they will get you there .

Great hotel in the centre of Valencia, everything on walking distance. Nice clean rooms and a great breakfast.

Beautiful place, amazing staff and incredibly well located hotel.

In general the hotel was great - clean and at a great location. However, the staff didn’t make us feel welcomed at all (we did not get a single smile until like the third day) and at least our room was in need of a renovation. I can’t say that the customer service was on a 4 star hotel level. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Good location to start the trip to the historical city. Nice hotel and staff. Also near to the stadion of FC Valencia.

Absolutely spotless and such lovely staff!

優點：中心位置，一條路直達主要觀光點如 聖女廣場和教堂，步行即可. 房間衞生間位置非常寬敞，這在西班牙很少見. 房間床品很好，乾淨. 缺點：停車不方便；房間沒有可以放行李箱的位置，房間相對於衞生間來説相對反而比較小。早餐一般，畢竟小地方，可以理解。

Great hotel walking distance from all the city attractions.

Hotel was nice. Staff was excellent. Breakfast buffet was good and great variety. Be aware Parking is Not on site, but a block away.
