All staff was ultra pleasant. The property was very clean. My family and I felt very safe. However, the layout of the bathroom was ridiculous. You walk right into the toilet. You have to squeeze into the vanity to close the door. If you lean up against the toilet your calves rub against it. That is gross. We stayed one night, so we tolerated it. We were in room 521....it butted up to the elevator. The elevator was not as quiet as assumed. Waaaa....humming up. Waaaaa humming down. Up and down, down and up. Stop, start. Stop, start. Totally not cool. Finally, Marriott often does not credit my points until I chase them down. I even when I ask during check in or check out if my points will be credited. That alone makes me want to ”cash” out and go back to the Holiday Inn. 4.5 stars.

This was my 3rd stay here but first in many years. Upon arrival, I requested an upgrade for my Diamond level IHG status but was abruptly told that the hotel was full! ok, I understand. I then asked, if possible, to have a room with a tub. No trouble so we checked in and went to a room which only had a shower! Back to the lobby and a different, but friendlier person. She gave us a room but upon arrival there, we found a tub but also drooping drapes and a loose lock on main door plus it was a connecting room. Back to the lobby and the same second person, but she disappeared and a manager appeared. The manager was very apologetic and offered us each a free drink. She gave us an end room, which I believe she called an ”Endeavour” room, which she said was one usually reserved for Delta pilots. We got there and it did have a tub but was also a connecting one. I gave up! The weirdest aspect of this room was the location of the toilet. To stand in front of the sink, one had to straddle the toilet since it stuck out and obviously was a last minute placement. (see picture) We headed to the bar area for our free drink plus decided to use our 1/2 price drink/appetizer coupon that everyone receives for a steak quesadilla appetizer. It was mostly soggy ground beef, but it did for our dinner since we weren't too hungry after a mid-afternoon lunch in Cordele. We had planned to go to Publix and get some wine and maybe some snacks, but we decided just to make do with one drink and a split appetizer so money saved! While we were having our appetizer, the manager walked by and asked about our room. I thanked her for her attention but stated that our room was a connecting one. She immediately had the bartender give up a 2nd round of drinks; me Gin & Tonic, other half, white wine. We finished our appetizer and took the remaining drinks to the room and got to bed early. Breakfast the next morning which I receive complimentary as a Diamond perk was very good with great service. The 2 servers and the chef were very friendly and welcoming. I got a large glass of water, which I refilled twice. I had the biscuits and gravy which came with 2 eggs and a meat (I had bacon, which I requested soft but it was a quite firm since they must prepare the bacon in advance and just keep it warm!) Other half had a wrap and a bowl of fruit. In summary, manager tried her best. She said she would have definitely upgraded us to a suite due to my status had the hotel not been full. The breakfast team was fantastic and as welcoming as I remembered 5+ years ago. I would still give this place another chance but would hope for no issues, although I did enjoy 2 rounds of free drinks.

Es ist ein altes Hotel. Das Zimmer selbst war nur ok, gut genug, um irgendwo zu schlafen, während ein Hurrikan evakuiert. Die Vordertür war schwer zu öffnen und zu schließen. Die Sicherheitsschließungen wurden gebrochen und funktionierten nicht, einschließlich der Todesstoß. Wir mussten Sitze vor der Tür stellen, um sicher zu sein. Die Badezimmertür war überhaupt nicht geschlossen. Wir mussten sie mit unserem Fuß geschlossen halten, während wir das Toilette benutzten. Die Toilette muss ersetzt werden. Die Beschichtung kam an mehreren Orten aus. Die Teppiche und die Fliesen sahen aus, als hätte jemand sie nie reinigen können. Es gab mehrere Fliesen, die fehlten und geknackt wurden. Der Grün war völlig schwarz. Der Fernseher fühlte sich stickig und es gab ein Haar in der Laminatkanalleiter. Es gab auch Haare in der Tube und auf den Handtüchern und waschen Kleidung. Die Handys haben nicht einmal ein Kabel, so dass sie nicht arbeiten. Wenn jemand Hilfe brauchte und kein Handy hatte, wären sie in Schwierigkeiten. Das WiFi war auch schrecklich. Ich hatte kaum einen Service überhaupt. Ich musste meine Daten und den Hotspot verwenden, um meinen Computer zu verwenden. Das am Frühstück am Go war ein Witz. Sie boten nur dänisch und Muffins. Wir erwarteten zumindest auch Getreide- oder Granolabars. Die Mikrowelle war verfärbt und das Kühlschrank erschien sauber, aber wir haben es nicht verwendet. Das Beste über diesen Ort war, dass es Haustiere akzeptiert, die Betten waren weich und das Personal, mit dem wir interagiert waren sehr nett und hilfreich. Keine Probleme mit dem Personal. Wenn es mehr Verfügbarkeit gewesen wäre ein anderes Hotel wäre gewählt worden. Wir werden dort nicht wieder buchen, auch wenn wir evakuieren müssen. Wir wählen ein anderes Hotel.

Freundliches Personal, einfache Eincheckung, schöne Grab n gehen Frühstück, gut gepflegte Einrichtungen. Ich würde definitiv empfehlen, diese Super 8, sie nehmen viel Stolz dort Hotel, sauber Zimmer mit Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, und frisches Bettwäsche. Es gibt viele Restaurants und Gasstationen in der Nähe zu Fuß. Viel Parkplätze dort werden wir erhalten Parkplatz, die gut beleuchtet und sicher ist. Zu dem Preis werden Sie nicht falsch gehen!

Bathroom was the cleanest hotel bathroom I have seen from San Diego to Valdosta! Very pleasantly surprised as we have never stayed at a Country Inn & Suites. Staff were pleasant. The room was nicely appointed with lots of pillows. The mattress was quite comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

So ein Scham. Ich hätte dieses Hotel einen fünf-Sterne-Rating gegeben. Das Problem ist, dass es so nah an I-75 ist, dass der Verkehr Lärm die ganze Nacht unverzögert ist. Wir hatten sogar unsere Soundmaschine bei uns, und wir konnten den Verkehr noch hören. Das Hotel war sauber, das Zimmer schön, das Personal freundlich, ein gutes Frühstück. Ich hätte gern das auf meine Liste der Orte, wo ich in der Zukunft bleiben möchte, aber leider, wegen des Lärms, werden wir nicht. Das Hotel ist sich der Lärm bewusst, da wir im Badezimmer Ohrschleifen gefunden haben, nachdem wir angemeldet waren. Wir haben endlich die Ohrschleifen verwendet, aber die Gäste sollten das nicht tun. Am nächsten Morgen wurde mir von einem Mitarbeiter gesagt, dass unser Zimmer auf dem sogenannten ”geräuschlichen Seite” des Hotels war.

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt am Autobahn. Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Das Hotel ist Haustierefreundlich aber wir hatten nicht unser Hund mit uns, aber es war lustig, andere willkommen zu sehen.
