Great service. Perfect room exelente bar and food, not to expensive at all. All staff were kind and friendly. We will definitely recommend it to families and friends.

this hotel is an absolute gem. It is conveniently located in front of the Río Calle Calle. Everything is pristine and very well upkept. The location is excellent located nearby most of the best rated restaurants as well as the main road leading to the Fort, the breweries and many of the important touristic attractions. The room is spacious and has all of the necessary amenities . For your stay, you get one free entrance to the casino which I would highly recommend doing. It’s a lot of fun and you usually have great live shows every night. There is a bar called the sky bar ride on the rooftop where you also have the breakfast every morning that overlooks the river and it’s absolutely amazing . I have stayed in this hotel every time I have visited Valdivia and I will continue to do so. I highly recommend it.

Upon arriving at the hotel around 1 a.m. after our visit to the casino, we found our room with water on the floor due to a leak caused by the rain. The delay in providing a solution was frustrating as we were tired and wanted to rest. We were eventually relocated to another room, which, while more exclusive, had similar issues: there was a leak in the sink of the small bathroom and a large puddle of water on the floor. Additionally, the towels were stained. While we appreciate the hotel’s location, we believe these issues should be addressed, as our stay was not entirely pleasant.

It was great because the reservation app didn’t reserve my reservation in the right hotel and the staff at Dreams Hotel fixed it all at no extra cost and actually it was less , the only thing wrong is asking people to write more than they are willing to to

Beautiful hotel and excellent service. The view from the rooms is wonderful. The breakfast is very delicious and the view from the 12th floor is very beautiful. The kindness of the breakfast staff is remarkable. The rooms are large and comfortable with a nice view of the river. At night, we enjoyed a lovely evening at the hotel casino. Congratulations!

Nice views and large room, no heating system, poor quality of room lock, lousy food in the room service, no gym working... would not recommend Seems like they try to build something nice but they do not know how to manage based on all the non working features
