Ive only given a 3 as the location of the hotel didnt suit what were looking for. I booked it based on other travellers reviews. They made it seem like this was a handy stop over point if you arw driving between Bilbao ferry and Andalucia. That wasnt the case unfortunately. The hotel is in a busy suburb town and as we were in a huge van, it was very difficult to navigate. The hotels car park was too tight and we damaged the van 🫣 we saw better options from the motorway for us and booked elsewhere for our return journey. The hotel itself is nice, staff are nice and free tapas at the bar with your beer was a nice touch. Theres plenty of restuarants in the area and it would be a good place to stay if you needed to be close to Madrid

My daughter and I found this place online following leaving another hotel because it was so bad we left immediately , upon arrival we announced our booking but I had made it for the following month by mistake and they luckily found us the last room and it was just perfect , the staff fantastic and the place kept up together nicely with a nice little pool also well in order , very close to Warner bros park (10 minutes by car) You saved our holiday Encantado Mucho Gracias Hasta proxima 👍

Mi hija fue 3 días a Madrid y le pidieron una fianza en metálico cuando evidentemente estaba todo pagado. La sorpresa fue que le quitaron la fianza porque al parecer estaba roto el somier. Igual ya estaba ya deteriorado y se rompió no digo que no pero es de miseria. Desconozco hasta que punto es legal que te pidan fianza sin previo aviso antes de realizar la reserva y dejarlo todo pagado.

El hotel muy chulo pero la habitación muy chula el problema es que la tele es de Panasonic y esa marca es un poco vieja. El buffet hahía desayuno y muy poco No había sitio para jugar pero había una piscina muy chula y también había parking y enfrente había un centro para comer

Hotel situado a las afueras de Valdemoro, a 15 min andando del centro, si bien es cierto que se puede aparcar con relativa facilidad, ya que el parking cuesta 11 euros/noche. Instalaciones y limpieza acorde con lo que pagas, bien. En mi caso 44 euros noche, desayuno incluido.

Nos dejaron tirados junto al resto de invitados a nuestra boda. Estábamos esperando que nos confirmasen lo hablado y cuando les preguntamos nos dicen que ya no hay disponibilidad y que había otros grupos antes que nosotros.

La habitación estaba perfecta y muy bien aislada. En cuanto al precio, ha sido muy ajustado para la extraordinaria calidad del servicio. Por otro lado, viajaba solo y les solicité que si tenían disponibilidad de cama grande se lo agradecería. Fueron muy amables y me la facilitaron sin aumentarme el precio. Todo un detallazo.
