Le Yule Hotel & Spa

We have just returned from an incredible week at Le Yule. The location of the hotel allows you to ski in and ski out and is positioned right next to the meeting point for ski school which makes life very easy with children. We stayed in a family suite which was perfect for our needs and the snug area with sofa and tv worked well for evenings when the children were too tired to head out for dinner and wanted to relax with room service. The food in the hotel was of a very high standard and the buffet night was particularly memorable and one of the best we have had - being able to step into the kitchen and meet the chef who prepared meat to your liking was a great concept. The children also loved the raclette station. The bar and the staff also deserve a special mention. Flo always made us feel so welcome and the cocktails were incredible after a long day skiing with impeccable attention to detail - peacock feathers and gold coins to mention just a couple! We also loved our breakfasts - the staff always remembered our coffee and omelette orders and were so helpful with advice on where to ski that day (as well as helping the children prepare some little boxes of sweet treats!) Special mention to Marc, Amandine, Marie & Romane. It really is the little touches which make this hotel so special - carrying skis out/back to the hotel, water and snack bars in the boot room and evening turn down service. I even returned to chocolates and roses in our room on Valentines night - such a lovely touch. We are already looking to return at Christmas. Thank you and hopefully see you soon!

This has been one of the best hotels my family have stayed at on holidays skiing. It is in the best location. It is nearly ski in ski out, You have to take your skis off to walk across a path to enter Le Yule from the snow but it is so lovely to be able to walk out the door and be in the village. The rooms are also beautiful and so comfy and the views are amazing. But it is the staff that sets Le Yule way ahead of most hotels we have stayed at. They are so friendly - greet you by name with a smile every time you come in. They are so helpful and wonderful and really try to bend over backwards to ensure you have the lovelies stay possible!! The hot tub and pool are also lovely to go to at the end of turning day and on top of that I had one of the best facials I have ever had in the world. We will be returning to Le Yule with friends next year!!

An amazing hotel set in the heart of the slopes. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff at the hotel are so helpful, jolly and kind. Nothing is ever too much for them and they always go the extra mile making us feel so comfortable. Our room was cleaned very well twice a day and always left comfortable for us arriving back. We loved how you can order breakfast to the room every day and don’t have to go down to the breakfast room. Bed was super comfortable with amazing views of the slopes and the location was excellent. I have visited the spa many times now for a facial when we ski with family. I have different facial every time and every time it is excellent. It’s not cheap as we are in the mountains but it is always amazing. The staff are warm, friendly and the facials amazing. Yesterday Margot took care of me and she was lovely. Recommend highly

Le Yule is an excellent choice for those wanting for an incredible time in one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited. The rooms are luxurious and the hotel feels fresh and new without feeling cold. Just the opposite actually it was a very cozy place and you will love the hot tub, pool, and sauna after a day of skiing. The service was 100% befitting of a five star, slope side hotel. Morgane at reception/concierge was awesome! She is so kind and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay special. She was also an impressive human being overall and she will go far. Mark at breakfast is the host with the most. He can tell you about the cheeses and croissants for sure but he's just as good as advising you on your ski day! The man knows the slopes of Val d'Isere! Matias, the porter, was a great driver, lugged my stuff through the lobby (and I brought a lot of stuff) and was a true gentleman. Thank you Le Yule!

This was our first visit to Hotel Yule and it far exceeded our expectations! The reception staff (Tom, Loanna, Morgane & team) were all so friendly & couldn’t have done more to help - thank you Loic, David & Matthias for sorting out our skis! The hotel was a wonderful mix of modern alpine design with a contemporary feel to the fabulous spa & restaurant. The bedrooms were on the small side but cosy with great beds. The buffet for breakfast was absolutely delicious with an emphasis on healthy eating as well as fabulous bread on offer - thank you to Marc & his team for looking after us. Lunch outside on the sunny terrace was divine, with delicious burgers & great salads. And lastly the bar makes an exceptional Irish coffee & vin chaud. Going above & beyond at the Yule to provide ski storage with heated ski boot hangars, protein bars to take on the slopes & fluffy slippers to return to after a days skiing. Wow! Thank you to all at Hotel Yule for making us so welcome - we hope to come back!
