We were staying two nights in the hotel. The room was clean, they have conditioner and fridge, also all shower facilities. Corridors and rooms are decorated with very beautiful paintings. The breakfast was also find ( for the first time see chicken drumsticks for breakfast though))) 6 km to the airport and 10 min by taxi, it can be provided by the hotel for 10 euro. Disadvantage that it's close to the highway. Breakfast is from 9 to 10 am. We were going earlier so apparently no breakfast. The ventilator is so loud in the room that I could not sleep, it feels like engine is working next to you ( and no it's not a conditioner, it's just ventilating mechanism).

Der erste gute Eindruck kam von der Rezeption mit ihrem hilfsbereiten und professionellen Ansatz. Das Zimmer war geräumig und komfortabel. Das Hotel hat nicht an einer Kaffee-/Teebar gespart. Die Lage ist großartig mit einem schönen Blick auf die Zoravor Surp Astvatsatsin-Kirche.

Das ist nicht einmal ein Hotel, sondern ein Gasthaus Armeniens, wo Sie immer glücklich junge und angenehme, sehr schöne, gut ausgebildete und ausgebildete, gute und aufmerksame junge Leute sind. Als Hotelexperte habe ich in vielen Hotels im Zentrum von Jerevan gelebt und als ich im Sphere Hotel, das ~3 km vom Republik Square ist, hatte ich Angst zu bleiben. Aber das Hotel war für mich und für das Gebiet geeignet und zu einem Preis, so dass ich dieses Mal hier gestoppt habe. Ich möchte feststellen, dass mit der Aussicht in einem bescheidenen Zimmer ein chic Hotel- gemütlich, frisch, schön, zu kleinen Denkzimmer mit den bequemsten Betten (die Matratze wird die angenehme und ruhige Schlaf bieten) und Möbel. Das Innenraum und seine Komponenten im Hotel und in den Zimmern - Gürtel, Möbel, Badezimmer und Blei, Mantel, Handtücher, Slips, Minibar und der Rest, das braucht jeder Gast - es ist nicht wichtig, dass er ein Geschäftsmann oder ein Freizeit-. Das Frühstück und das Restaurantpersonal, das ruhig in vielen Sprachen spricht, ist ein gesondertes Thema. Sie finden alles hinter einem bescheidenen Frühstück, mit allem sehr frisch und lecker, mit dem richtigen Futter. Nachdem er etwa 20 Tage in diesem Hotel geblieben ist, wissen wir jetzt genau, wo wir nächstes Mal in Yerevan bleiben werden. Im Übrigen, zu Fuß zum Herzen von Yerevan ist genau 35 Minuten. Ein gesonderter Dank an Nareku, ein junger, aber sehr professioneller und Kundenorientierter Verkaufsmanager des Stellar Hotels Netzwerks.

Отличный хостел в центре. Доброжелательный персонал. Распечатали посадочный. Завтрак - шведский стол, выше всяких похвал. Можно выпить чай, кофе в течение дня. Есть вода питьевая. В общих комнатах есть занавески на двухярусных кроватях. Чистота в общих зонах. На кухне можно приготовить/разогреть свою еду.

Upon arrival to Yerevan our driver was directed to an address other the one I had booked with close proximity to Republic Square. Landlord carried our luggage's up from back alley of a restaurant, metal door cement stairs, and showed us his unit trying to promote it. After long arguments we agreed to stay three days. This was my first visit to homeland and it took me time to recover from the shock. At noon and after we checked out, next landlord called to tell us the address is going to be other the one we had booked online too. At this point, it was clear this was organized online hack of system or bookings. I told the landlord we are heading to the booked address to meet us there. We had luggage's and it started to rain. I had to let my daughter watch the luggage's at Republic square and walk to the unit where the second booking was. Two security guards approached us took the phone and gave it back saying you have no booking here. Four hours back and forth with no place to stay and under the rain in foreign land with my husband shivering under the tree and daughter stunned at the unprofessional behavior's of the people who are supposed to be in hospitality business and me running around looking for a place to stay and at the point of giving up, our path crossed with Manager of National Hotel, Sophia. Suddenly, we were at the care of a professional in hotel management and hospitality expert. She matched the price we were going to pay and gave us a unit on the spot. National hotel staff were ready to help us with different services and we settled down at a great location with all the amenities a tourist requires resting and catching up with where we left off. Next think we know, we are on a tour bus, touring the whole city. We met all kinds of people who made a difference. Sophia was the first to remind us that she was there for us if we needed anything. Pleasant to talk to, showed empathy, was responsive to our needs in a way that we decided to stick around and go nowhere else during the term of our visit. Fortunately we were able to cancel our next booking as well which had all of a sudden dropped from the list of ***********. I will follow up and investigate this further but in the meantime I owe Sophia a big thank you. I thank God for this miracle. I recommend the National Hotel and you can depend on it's manager Sophia. You will not be disappointed. Also, don't trust online booking as pictures you see might not exist and alternative solutions might not be what you were promised in the first place. Not all hotels provide same standard of service. We were lucky to end up with one that has high standards to deliver and commi**ent to satisfy visitors. We are forever gratefull. Much appreciated Sophia.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The hotel has a great location in the heart of Yerevan city, very good service, welcoming and very helpful staff, clean, spacious and modern rooms. Beautiful restaurant with amazing panoramic view, live piano music and delicious Armenian food. It has a nice open common area balcony with a view on Cascade Complex and full of live Yerevan city streets, spectacular in the night. There was a good choice of food and fresh fruits on breakfast.

We'd like to thank Alla Ghukasyan and her team for an excellent experience we've got with organizing and conducting a science festival for families in Ibis hotel in February 2023. All the team was very helpful and responsive. Everything was managed perfectly. Our guests enjoyed the place and the event due to highly professional work of Ms. Ghukasyan. Thank you very much!

Angenehme Aufenthalte, leider etwas überteuert... Geräumiges Zimmer in der 5.Etage. Bamboo-Lounge Dachterasse leider etwas zu laut, mussten bei der Rezeption anrufen, dann kam Abhilfe. Schön offener Loungebereich im EG, sehr gemütlich
