Location was good. Room was also very good. Swimming pool was a nice to have and could be used based on weather. They even offered us breakfast which was not part of our package. Service was also good

Stay was comfortable but the room and other amenities were old and were not maintained properly. The room in which i stayed was old and felt like needed a revamp. Apart from that, everything else was fine including the service.

Stay was superb for our family group.Really worth for money. Will recommend 😊. Complementary breakfast was tasty even

Chill-ax was one of the best places we have stayed at. Nothing too fancy, but very tidy, clean, and well-maintained. We were pleasantly surprised to find the swimming pool clean even during rains. The staff was as helpful as possible; they arranged for us to check-in three hours early, offered free breakfast despite our booking package not including food, and free of charge ro water refills. The ac cooled well. On rainy days, we used dry mode which really did eliminate moisture from the room as well as our soaked clothes. The hot water geyser in the bathroom was equally functional as well and provided amazingly hot water, sufficient for two people to take bath in one heating cycle of less than an hour. I liked the fact that the tap was of mixer type so i could enjoy hot shower as well. There were ample toiletries provided and the room also had a godrej almirah with keys, ***** with an inbuilt safe with another set of keys. Opening the windows, you can experience the clouds come in your room. Would recommend staying here for your vagamon visit on a budget.

Location is good. Decent pool. No restaurant service on that day, otherwise all are good. Water was not available at night on that day

Hotel room is good and the pool area was amusing. The staffs are friendly too and the complementary brkfast was nice

Good room & pool. It would have been better if bedsize is increased. Overall it's nice and pleasant to stay.

The location was good. The only inconvenience i experienced was that the air conditioning which was mentioned as a basic stay was available in only 2 rooms and all the other options including the one named 'standard bed room' does not include ac. P. S. They charge less for rooms if you book directly.

I stayed for a single night. The room was decent with an attached bathroom. The main reason for me to choose this property was for the pool. But the pool was not cleaned. Behind the property was a tea estate and offered a good view in the morning. But i would say it is overpriced. The room quality was not that great. The bathroom had broken lock and the faucet holder was not functional. I appreciate how they carried the luggage upstairs. These are basic facilities provided by all. Property is located in a prime location and close to tourist spots. The only drawback is that i had to pay more than 4k but it was not worth that much.
