Der Hotelservice ist gut und bietet Flughafentransfers und Charterdienste. Das Hotelfrühstück ist gut, Pizza, Saft sind lecker, das Zimmer ist nicht sehr groß, die Zimmerdekoration ist durchschnittlich. Das Hotel liegt in der Stadt, nicht weit vom Flughafen entfernt, es ist praktischer.

Das Hotel ist sauber und ordentlich, nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, das Frühstück ist gut, das Zimmer ist schlecht beschallt und jeden Morgen ertönt draußen ein Geräusch, der Kellner sollte andere Zimmer reinigen.

Cleanest rooms and great room services. The staff is friendly and helpful. Amar and Rahul were of great help. A must stay whenever in vadodara. The buffet was exquisite and chef provided excellent cuisine for our whole trip. It was totally worth the money we spent.

Excellent spread of both veg and non Dinner with great guests attentions by Mr Bhau and Mr Gopal. People like them and great food brings us back to Sayaji again and again.kudos to all the chefs and entire staff of sayaji. Keep up the good work. Thank you

Visited vadodara first time, and stayed here for around 10 days. I must say the location, the staff, ample parking space, good wifi speed, nice food.. almost everything was nice and good.. It is almost in the main city center, specially evening time was very good when u walk through the alkapuri area. I would give 10/10 for its location. It is one of the best area of vadodara and in the evening it looks so lively. You can commute anywhere within vadodara from here, easy to get auto, cabs etc. Overall nice experience, will surely stay again here. Thanks Best Western... Thanks Vadodara...

Unser kürzlich im Hilton Vadodara-Alkapuri Hotel im Hampton gebliebenes Hotel war nicht von Erwartungen, da es keine Markenqualität gab, die wir mit der Hilton-Marke assoziiert haben. Erstens war der Zustand der Handtücher enttäuschend, mit deutlichen Anzeichen von Trage und Tränen, die ihre Ersetzung vor langer Zeit hätten veranlasst. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren durchschnittlich, mit Fragen sowohl hinsichtlich der Qualität der Lebensmittel als auch ihrer Temperatur (zweimal mussten sie die Nüsse zurücksenden, weil sie nur warm waren). Auch einige Fragen mit grundlegender Lebensmittelhygiene - einer der Mitarbeiter, zu unserem Verwundern, verwendete seine einfachen Hände, um einige Nüsse zurück in den Keller, es kam, als er es auf unserem Tisch gelegt! Zusätzlich blieb die Reinigung des Essensbereichs viel zu wünschen, die Tische wurden nicht schnell gelöscht kompromittierende Hygienestandards. Dies war auch, wenn sie nicht beschäftigt waren – es war leer! Abschließend möchte ich sagen, dass unser Aufenthalt im Hampton von Hilton Vadodara-Alkapuri die erwarteten Standards im Zusammenhang mit der Marke Hilton nicht erfüllt hat. Wenn dies ihre Standard für diese Hotelklasse ist, werden wir nicht wieder in ihren Hotels bleiben. Mit den notwendigen Verbesserungen in verschiedenen Bereichen ist es schwierig, dieses Hotel zu empfehlen, wenn Sie einen angenehmen Aufenthalt wollen.

Stayed here after over 30 years. Hotel has changed with times but also retained its old charm. Well located in the city with most places nearby. Courteous staff in all areas. Great food in well known restaurants. Made our stay enjoyable. Worth a visit

The service at the hotel is very great. I've visited first time Sheraton (Four points) and the experience was quite good. Service at the dining area was also great the members are very cooperative and helps everytime. 2 person(Raju Yadav and M Sahib and new trainee Akash) had eyes on me every time they see me they literally comes to me and ask how may I help you, anything need and also provide suggetion, this gives a special feel. I've stay about 10 days. The quality of food were above expectations. And many options they provide are additional perk for me, as I've tried many of things first time and I really enjoyed. I look forward to again visit accross india and use the service again.

New and clean hotel. However hotel staff needs training on hospitality , to compare, staffs at ITC Welcom Hotel (near by business hotel) are more better at gesture. Especially entrance and reception, it feels like you are entering at train station, as they will not even help with luggage when scanning bags.

Sie haben hier 2 Nächte geblieben und genossen wirklich meinen Aufenthalt hier. Ihre Frühstücksqualität und Dienstleistungen sind Top-Class. Servicepersonal war sehr aufmerksam und bietet verschiedene Gerichte, die nicht Teil des Buffets waren, aber frisch serviert wurden und angeboten. Zimmer und Badezimmer wurden gereinigt, alle Einrichtungen wurden bereitgestellt. Wird sicher kommen und hier wieder bleiben. Lage war fantastisch, sehr nahe Alkapuri / Büro.
