Best Western Alkapuri, Vadodara

Room are very bad. Toilets and bathroom is not clean. Water is not draining properly and comes out of hole. There are cockroaches inside wardrobe. Tv not working. Lift was not working. On calling reception unskilled person comes to solve TV issues and will not come again as he doesn't know how to make TV working. Gym not have AC working there is lot of leakage in gym. I have travelled in best western hotels in many countries and I had good image of best western in my mind. But visiting this hotel I don't think I will prefer best western chain again. My stay in hotel was pathetic and was waiting for day of check-out

Visited vadodara first time, and stayed here for around 10 days. I must say the location, the staff, ample parking space, good wifi speed, nice food.. almost everything was nice and good.. It is almost in the main city center, specially evening time was very good when u walk through the alkapuri area. I would give 10/10 for its location. It is one of the best area of vadodara and in the evening it looks so lively. You can commute anywhere within vadodara from here, easy to get auto, cabs etc. Overall nice experience, will surely stay again here. Thanks Best Western... Thanks Vadodara...

Wonderful experience, value for money ,perfect location for shopping lovers , Alkapuri Area. 5 mins drive from Railway Station. Hotel staffs are very cooperative. Good internet speed. THANK YOU BEST WESTERN ALKAPURI FOR WONDERFUL STAY

The direct walk in rates are way too high as compared with the service and the facilities provided by this property. The lift is too small. One should not expect a bell boy to escort you toward ur room while check in. The room size was good but not upto the mark. The bathroom is small even in the premium room. They have only hand cum overhead shower which was also not in good condition. The worst part was their room service which shuts by 10:30pm. I checked in at 10pm, called room service for ordering food at 10:38 pm and they refused me saying the kitchen is closed. They asked me to order from swiggy or Zomato. This kind of service can be expected from a 2 star or a lodge type of hotels. All the above really proves how much they care for their guests. I would never ever stay at the this property again. There are lot many better options around and this property can be avoided.
