Lemon Tree Hotel Vadodara

The room is spacious and well maintained. However, the AC seems not cool enough for the room and we had to turn on the fan before sleeping. The lady at the reception desk not suit to be a receptionist, she seems forceful to assist guests' request, can be seen from her facial expression as well :( Other than that, the gentlemen at the reception are helpful and always smiling. The housekeeper are attentive too. 1 thing to improve is the door card lock system. It is discharged every 12 hours and need to forth and bk to the reception desk and also,avoid calling guest in the early morning for any reason. 8am room call just to collect back the iron is not good. Received award as the best business hotel in Vadodara, hence should prepare 1 iron in every room as it is importantly required for every guest.

Nice hotel, good food. The chef speaks to the guest very well in the restaurant, which I liked it. Too much front office staff standing in the desk which does not look good also front office team is very slow .need to train property .as a business Travellers I require wifi but repeated call they give me the solution at night you take wifi from single lady who is staying opposite of your room Ms Nikita and do your work. which is not at all accepted, during check in no body help me or ask me to carry luggage. though their was a plenty of staff in the front desk where they are busy with gossiping their other staff. housekeeping staff too good, outside aged security uncle too good and helpful. one thing I suggest in the porch area staircase is too sleepy kindly put one rubber mat other wise any time accident can occur ..overall good experience.

yes I want to share our experience with this hotel, on desk miss Denisha she don't have manners to talk, we invited our 1 married couple friend ( No single male or female), she don't allow them to come in our room. we ask her politely tell us if we need to pay extra charges for them but keep talking roughly and with lots of arrogance. End of conversation She used a word NOW CHECK OUT the room. we ask for our money back then she replied TALK. Now please tell me what we have do in this situation
