Wenn Sie den Bahnhof Utsunomiya verlassen, können Sie das Hotel direkt vom Bahnsteig im zweiten Stock betreten. Das Frühstück ist gut und man kann vor den bodentiefen Fenstern sitzen. In der obersten Etage befindet sich ein Skyspa (großes Bad). Man kann im Zimmer den Bademantel anziehen und direkt losgehen.

Splendid lobby on 13/F with best view in the town, convenient parking facility connecting to the hotel at a reasonable price ¥1,100 overnight, close to shops and train station, buffet breakfast with quality. Just need to ask for coffee set at reception, not provided in room and only have chopsticks in restaurant.

Friendly and convenient hotel within walking distance to the Utsonomiya Station. This is the newest hotel in the area, highly recommended!

Relaxing atmosphere, convenient location and helpful staff!

Hotel location is ideal, just 5 mins walk on the connecting bridge over from train station. It seemed not crowded when we checked in, and realised it’s next to their convention center so reckon the hotel is catered for business travelers. But it’s very convenient and it’s linked to a mall next door, readily with eateries and supermarket, shops. Hotel breakfast is so-so, variety is not that much and taste is average.

For a Regional area like Utsunomiya, I cannot help but rave about how amazing Candeo Hotel Utsonomiya is. Starting from the location; it’s not even 5 minutes from the station so if you have heavy suitcases; there’s barely any hassle to get to the hotel. There’s also a 7-11 right below the hotel so if you need a bite at 2-3 am, you know where to go: there’s also some amazing restaurants right below the hotel so id also say it’s super convenient. In terms of the room, the room was very well maintained with elegant design and very cozy. Room size was sufficient enough and also very comfortable. And the breakfast is just amazing. Every day different soups and just delicious salads with super fresh fruit. 6 out of 5 on the breakfast. And lastly the service, just very very helpful and extremely polite and patient. Some understood English and some understood basic but with google translate it was a piece of cake. They also helped me transfer my luggage from their hotel to the next in another city. Overall just a 5 on 5 rating for every aspect of the hotel.

This hotel's main highlights are its proximity to the JR station and shopping arcade, making shopping and travel extremely easy. The overall experience was so positive that I will choose this hotel again! The location and excellent services make it an ideal choice for travellers.
