3-Sterne-Hotels in Utica

Das Hotel gut das Teppich, wo mein Zimmer war, legte keine Wohnung, die zu enger werden brauchte. Ich habe fast ein paar Mal auf dem Hotel getrippt, während ich zu meinem Zimmer ging. Der Mann auf dem Büro war sich der Telefon nicht bewußt und sagte, er würde mir Kaffee bekommen, was nie passiert ist. Am Samstag Abend könnten Sie Cannabis in der Halle stinken, die ein nicht rauchendes Hotel war. Am Sonntag Morgen während der Auscheckung ging ich zum Vorderbrett, um ihnen zu sagen, dass die Toilette nicht funktioniert und um einen Wagen zu bekommen, um mein Auto zu laden, fand ich niemanden im Büro oder im Café. Als ich nach dem Laden meines Autos zurück ins Zimmer ging, um zu überprüfen, ob ich nichts hinterließ, war der Badezimmerboden überschwemmt, aber ich konnte nicht anrufen, da mein Telefon nicht funktionierte und niemand war um die Hallen. Dieses Hotel braucht Mitarbeiter, die umher sein können, um seinen Gästen zu helfen! Auch Telefone im Zimmer sind obligatorisch! Zu dem Betrag, den ich für zwei Nächte gezahlt habe, hätte ich irgendwo besser geblieben und zumindest Kaffee! Ich werde nicht bald auf einem Marriott bleiben!

We loved the historical district &everything was close in travel timethe pool was closed because of health departments on Friday but the 8 and 12 year Olds went with mom dad and 82 year old great grampa to go cart track it was alot of fun only a 5 hour trip from tinley pk Illinois

Front desk clerk Buba almost ruined our entire family reunion. Thanks to IHG corporate and two hours of work around to bypass Buba’s “policy” of not allowing secondary guests listed on the reservation to check in, the trip was a success and we enjoyed the hotel and the other friendly and helpful desk clerks. Supposedly Buba was acting at her managers direction, when I called the manager had “just stepped out” but never returned my call at all over the three day time from I was waiting for it. Again IHG corporate assisted and the manager and desk clerk Buba did not. My secondary guests were listed in the reservation and they had copies of the reservations with their names on it, but Buba stated it was not the policy to allow the secondary guests to check in due to fraud concerns. IHG corporates stated to me that IHG guests collect points for stays and can use the point to book rooms for family and friends as long as the other person is listed on the reservation (they were) there should be no problems. They also stated that they validate my account and attempted to assure Buba that there was no fraud. Anywhooo Buba (and the manager?) need some coaching and education. I am a diamond member and never had that happen at any hotel and hope it never happens again. I’d rate Buba and manager 0/5 but the other workers and the hotel itself are 5/5.

Pretty good place for a budget stay. Don't expect anything crazy but I see this place as a spot to rest and go mostly. Overall it was very clean rooms were big for what I got and I'd say it's a good deal but wish it was a bit cheaper for some aspects.

Front desk people were nice and sympathetic, but not empowered or able to fix any issues, especially as the hotel was sold out. The first desk person did bring replacement sheets, but the condition of the room was too gross to stay. There was questionable debris under the mattress. ”New” Towels and washcloths had stains. Room was grubby at best. What I thought were stains on the doors and surfaces, cleaned easily when we wiped them off, indicating they had not been cleaned. Carpet had debris on it. Bedding had hair on it. Surfaces were dusty and sticky. Walls were unclean. The latch lock was missing. The deadbolt would not turn. We left for another accomodation and expect a full refund.

Neu renoviert, der Stil ist klein, frisch, nicht aufdringlich, sehr sauber, die Nagelkunst des Rezeptionsbruders ist mehr als mein Glanz. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltiger als die gleiche Reihe von Hotels. Die Betten sind sauberer als in den Standard-Standardzimmern.
