Absolute loved our stay at this place. We got a double room knowing that after a 12 Hour drive, we would be very tired and needed our own personal space away from the kids. It was a beautiful room with a mini apartment/living area in the middle and separate bedroom rooms on each side. The Staff were incredibly friendly, especially during breakfast with they visited with us and talked to us. The breakfast was delightful, but your standard fair, but a great way to get started in the morning. We will definitely stay here again And wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Ich habe in den letzten vier Jahren in diesem Springhill Suites mehrfach geblieben. Vor COVID die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt, warmes Frühstück (angemessenes Angebot), WiFi, etc. Ich habe zweimal während der tiefen Zeit geblieben, aber ich wusste, dass sie keine Reinigungsräume oder Frühstück servieren. Jetzt fühle ich mich, als würde der Besitzer zu viele Kostensenkungen zu Lasten des Reisenden ergreifen. Viele Hotels sind wieder in Reinigungsräume und servieren heißes Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind nicht gereinigt, es sei denn auf Anfrage. Das Frühstück ist ein paar geboxtes Getreide, vorverpackte Quiche oder eine Art Bagel mit dem, was wie ein Ei und ein Stück Käse und Joghurt aussieht. Wenn Sie aus irgendetwas in Ihrem Zimmer rauslaufen, müssen Sie es anrufen und beantragen oder gehen Sie nach unten zum Vordertisch. Ich habe aufhören Kaffee im Zimmer zu machen, stattdessen ging ich nach unten und erhielt einige aus dem Frühstücksbereich. Need new towels, you have to go and get them. Diese alle scheinen menial. aber Sie beginnen, diese Art von Artikeln zu bemerken und zu begreifen, was Sie zahlen blieb die gleiche, aber die ”Extra” sind nicht da. Der Eishersteller im zweiten Stock funktionierte nicht. Die Tür zum Pool funktionierte nicht. Selbst die Fernsehfernseher sind schrecklich, Sie müssen buchstäblich die Tasten 3-4 Zeiten, um den Kanal oder Volumen zu ändern. Ich habe nicht mal stören, in Netflix die Fernsehfernseher ist Müll zu schreiben. Ich habe keine Ahnung, was mit dem WiFi passiert ist, vielleicht war es unser Zimmer, Aber das WLAN ist schrecklich. Es würde die ganze Zeit und die Geschwindigkeit ist schrecklich. Nächstes Mal in Provo werde ich ein anderes Hotel finden.

Das Gute: Die ersten Eindrücke mit dem Aufzug und Hallen sind nicht die beste, aber das Zimmer war sehr gut, sauber und komfortabel. Zimmer scheinen etwas kürzlich aktualisiert worden. Personal meist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr ruhig, wir hörten keinen Lärm in unserem Zimmer ganz den Aufenthalt. Das schlechte: Frühstück. Offenbar wird es einmal bei jedem Zeitpunkt, zu dem sie beginnen, gespeichert und dann völlig ignoriert. Erst kommen, erst serviert es um Summen auf - wenn Sie später dorthin kommen, gibt es wahrscheinlich fast nichts. Das geschah uns zweimal in den vier Morgen, und einer von denen wir nicht einmal so spät waren! Die schreckliche: Wie bereits erwähnt, könnten die Hallen und Aufzüge einige Arbeit nutzen. Die erste Nacht, die wir da sahen, waren einige schatten Typen um, aber nicht nach der (außer Van-Campers/Lebern im angrenzenden Parkplatz). Zimmer haben viele Ausgänge, aber wenige USB-Porte - für 2022 könnte das besser sein.

Sehr schöne Aufenthalt im Hampton Inn in Orem Utah. Freundliche und hilfsbereites Personal vor allem Ashley ging das zusätzliche Kilometer hilfreich zu sein. Große Lage, genossen wir das neue thailändische Restaurant ein Block entfernt, der goldene Korallen ist auch gut. Wir genossen das schöne saubere Zimmer, das Frühstücksbereich und das Ausstellen des Zimmers.

Erstaunliches Ort zu bleiben! Es überschritt meine Erwartungen und ich werde sicherlich wieder zu bleiben irgendwann. Der Service, der immer HOT Coffee und das Frühstück ist Bomb!!! . Ich empfehle dieses La Quinta Inn in Orem, Utah jedem, der einen Aufenthaltsort sucht. Rodney, der Gentleman, der mich am Samstag Abend eincheckte, war ein echter Profi und er ging sogar aus seinem Weg, um mir über die Umgebung zu erzählen, so war ich gut ausgestattet mit dem Wissen über alles, was in der Umgebung war. Er hatte eine tolle Einstellung und es war wie 1230am. Danke La Quinta Inn in Orem, Utah. Ich bin wieder da!

I reserved a single king with a sitting area a month before the trip. When I checked in was told they were sold out and they had upgraded me, but unfortunately that was a lie as they gave me a double queen room. On top of that, the rRoom was outdated compared to the rooms my two coworkers were provided. The worst part, however, was that the toilet wouldn't flush. Seriously. The toilet was broken. So, I called the front desk only to have the phone ring almost 30 minutes with no answer. Finally went downstairs to find a woman at the front desk with the phone ringing from someone else. I asked her why she wasn't answering the phone, only to be told she was ”busy” and couldn't answer the phone? Um. Ok. I moved on and explained about the toilet and was told that 1) no one could assist that night, would have plumber come tomorrow and that 2) they were sold out and had no other room to move me to. Thankfully I was able to call my husband who is a plumber who walked me through how to manually flush the toilet as needed. So I told the front desk person to tell the plumber that the flapper is either too big for the toilet or it could be broken. I spent the evening manually flushing the toilet. On the second day I returned to the hotel and asked if the plumber had came and was told yes the toilet is working fine. When I aked specifically what was done I was told they shortened the chain. When I get to the room I try the toilet and it does the same thing and isn't working. When I went back downstairs I asked to see the manager and was told they work 9 to 4pm. Not helpful when I leave the hotel at 8am for work and return around 5:30. Meanwhile, I had a case of equipment that had been delivered to the hotel for my arrival, and now needed to ship it back. It had a prepaid label and just needed for UPS to pick it up. When I brought it to the front desk I was told that UPS doesn't come to the hotel (how was it delivered then???) and was handed directions to a UPS store because my phone was on 6% charge. I arrived at the location provided and guess what? no UPS store. Thanks to a nice local I was able to find a UPS store about a mile away and get back just in time to the hotel to leave for my evening event. Followed by one more night of manually flushing the toilet and not sleeping from the sound of running water. The morning I am checking out I FINALLY got to meet the Assistant Manager Tanner. He didn't even want to sit down at first to hear what happened, but finally did as I didn't want to stand and broadcast everything to the entire hotel. He tried to tell me that the front desk personnel said they tried to offer a different room, but then agreed that yes they were sold out. How does that work??? He then informed me that the hotel room I was in is now going to be blocked from their available list until it gets fixed. At least they finally did that! Then I told him about front desk telling me that UPS doesn't pick up at the hotel and he looked confused.

A very convenient hotel for the Provo area, basic but has everything you need. $50 deposit on arrival that might catch some people out

Wir blieben hier, weil es in der Nähe des Timpanagos Caves National Monument war. Es zeigt sich, dass es auch sehr nahe der Salt Lake City mit allen interessanten Ausflügen, die die Stadt bietet, aber ohne den Preispreis von Stadtmotelli. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der einzige Glitch, den wir erlebt haben, war ein Kartenleser auf einer Tür funktionierte nicht. Das wurde in weniger als 15 Minuten behoben. Wir werden hier sicher bleiben, wenn wir nächstes Mal in Salt Lake City sind.

The price for this hotel was great for a family that has never been to Utah the breakfast was not great, but we could pick up some things and cook in the room and that was great. The pull-out bed was extremely uncomfortable, and we ended up at Walmart getting an airbed for our kids it was that bad I wouldn't sleep on it. The one of the big problems we had was that the water in the shower was never fully got hot and with 4 of us in the room, I asked my wife if she was having the same problem and agreed. I went down stair to ask for a manger and this young kid name spencer said he was the manager and that he would work on it. I went back upstairs and told my wife about the guy and told her how I felt like I was bothering him by me complaining. Later that morning I came downstairs to ask if it was fixed and asked to speak to the manager a different guy came out his name was Skyler and let me tell you he was so different from the last guy I told him that I was talking to a different guy he told me that he was just a clerk Not a manager. He went on by telling me that they have been having this problem and are trying to fix the problem. Not a problem I get it. But this spencer guy needs to go if he thinks he is a manager what is he not telling the bosses. He also has his headphones on so how does he hears the phone ring or he is talking to the red head this is while I doing some work on my computer to many distractions in the room with kids running around. Love the tree lady she is wonderful I believe her name was Val what a wonderful person so kindhearted and so sweet to my kids and wife love that made us feel at home. Your front desk Manager Skyler runs his front desk so well and making sure everyone is welcome and happy besides spencer. One thing that he does is sit and on his phone and chat with the red head. Sorry for the long review but I thought it needed to be said and so that the right people can see how these people are running the place. If you stay here, these are the people you want to deal with Front desk Manger Skyler, Val, Char (night Clerk), Monica, there is another young lady she is great but can't remember her name she had dark long hair and most of the time she worked at night when I came to use the gym.
