Die Umgebung war gut. Ich kam raus, um ein paar Besorgungen zu machen, aber es regnete stark. Ich verzögerte meinen Check-out um eine Stunde. Das Hotel weigerte sich, den Check-out anzunehmen und zwang mich, das Hotel zu verlassen und im Regen durchnässt zu werden. Es war eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung.

Das Hotel ist zu alt

The location is excellent. There are restaurants, markets and many smaller or bigger shops around. The cafe on the first floor makes perfect coffees and it is an enjoyment sitting there as it has both indoors and outdoors sitting areas. I recommend this hotel as the price level is also convenient .

The location is great and conveniently close to relevant places. The feel of this hotel is a bit dated. The underground parking is narrow and difficult to navigate (stressful for us). The beds were comfy and clean, whereas the room was clean to the eye, but closer inspection revealed sloppy cleaning. The armchair provided was sleazy and worn out, but comfy to sit in. Breakfast was good and plenty, but coffee was not provided by default.

We stayed there for 3 nights. If we knew the hotel is so old and lacking maintenance, we would have chosen somewhere else. 1. The room is old, dark and dull. The window got cracks. The air-con is not cold. The toilet design not very private, even if you close the toilet door, it still can see through. The room feels dusty, perhaps because of dusty windows. 2. We asked the hotel to recommend a tour to Tianshan Tianchi. The recommended tour agent on Weixin/wechat was bad. He falsely sold Tianshan Tianchi tour to us, the tour was not according to what we agreed, and no responsibility whatsoever. We left hotel at 7.30am, the tour wasted a lot of our time before reaching the lake at 13.00pm, leaving us not enough time at the lake. We understand this is not directly hotel’s fault, but we request the hotel to stop doing business with this tour agent. 3. After we checked out, our next hotel in Kashgar couldn’t check us in because the staff at this hotel didn’t check us out from the government system, causing hassles. Good things were the laundry room, which is convenient, and the location which is near to a lot of food, small shopping mall, and walking to Metro station. The hotel breakfast was delicious. The staff at the breakfast was good.

Great place to stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was basic but yummy. The gym was ok but needs a running machine. Room was clean and spacious, just needs to be updates. Overall a nice stay. I would recommend this place it’s only a 30 minute walk to the grand bazaar and loads for shops all around it.

Very good stay. The hotel is such a luxury, the room is big, the hotel staff are also very polite and kind. Will definitely stay here if i come back to Urumqi.

The room was extremely comfortable and I slept very well throughout my stay there. Excellent breakfast selection at the restaurant, with a nice coffee bar downstairs as well. The staff were also very good at helping me with a ticket booking enquiry, which was difficult as a foreign guest. Highly recommended!

The location is excellent, situated in the city center. The breakfast offers a variety of options, and the staff is very attentive and friendly.

Hotel is ok…. Room was a little strange, as lot’s of space was wasted by entrance area, not useable Cleanliness soso Breakfast should start at 8. With a delay, till all available…. Check out easy

The location was very convenient and right next to the metro station. Clean with good staffs. Many restaurants around that opens till late.

The Hotel service was excellent, the security at the gate was extremely helpful and helped us quite a few times during checking in, as well as pointing us into the proper direction during the trip.
