We provided a document proving that we were unable to travel, but no refund or compensation was offered. "Das schlimmste Hotel was ich gesehen habe. Die Zimmer sind extrem dreckig und herunter gekommen. Die Fotos treffen dem Real Zustand nicht ansatzweise. Das erste Zimmer war sowas von dreckig dass wir es gemeldet haben und das zweite Zimmer was wir bekommen war nicht viel besser. Die Duschen waren so ekelhaft dass wir nicht geduscht haben. Alles voller Rost und Schimmel. Die Preise für die Zimmer sind dementsprechend unverschämt Teuer. Ich glaube selbst meinen Augen nicht wie die die Bilder vom Hotel dargestellt haben und wie grausam alles in Real war Rund herum ist Baustelle und Lärm. Wir konnten 3 Tage kein Auge zumachen"

From 5AM birds make so much noise, that it is not possible to sleep, it really becomes a torture. 2) Pillows in the rooms are harder than stones and those used for decorations of beds are not adapted for sleeping. Breakfast and restaurant are fine. 3) Pricing is exaggerated compared. 4) Horses in their mews are well cared and overall impression is positive."

On top of that, the fireplace in the room instantly transforms the atmosphere and makes the stay even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a place where you can both work remotely in an inspiring environment and unwind in a peaceful atmosphere, this hotel strikes that balance perfectly. They’ve created a calm, nature-embracing space, and you can feel it in every corner of the property. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and prepared with great care. I highly recommend this beautifully designed, tranquil, and high-quality boutique hotel to anyone visiting Urla. It’s definitely a place I would love to return to."
