We knew what we were getting into when we booked this hotel and it was truly an economy hotel to be close to Disney. They had excellent and frequent access with busses to get to the Disneyland and Disneysea area and took between 15-20 minutes each day to get from the hotel front door to the park gates. They have a free shuttle that works on a first come first serve basis but in the morning it left a little late so we used the public busses that stop very close to the hotel. The hotel is about 1 km away from each of the closest metro stations - Shin-Urayasu and Maihama (closest to Disney). The hotel is very minimal and was truly a place to sleep. We liked that we had a small kitchen with a mini fridge and kettle and stocked up on snacks and drinks each day at the nearby 7-11 to be ready to line up at Disneyland. We had the double bed and it was small but just a place to sleep so we felt rested. The rooms were warm enough in December but got a bit drafty at night. There was a desk, small work station, small TV and surprisingly a DVD/VCR combo in a cabinet. The bathroom was quite compact but we appreciated the heated seat on the Japanese style toilet and the good warm shower. They provide bath products and towels and there is the option to get additional items in the lobby like extra towels, bathing towel, shave cream, combs and toothbrushes. It is important to note that the hotel does not do daily housekeeping. We felt we had a good stay here because we wanted to be close to Disney without spending a lot of money. The stay was fine but on the last night the fire alarm went off four times around 1:30 am. They handed out a brochure at the front desk to say that if you left your shower door open the steam could set off the fire alarm and that could be what happened. After the second alarm a Japanese man told us we could stay in our room, after the second alarm the front desk made a loud announcement in Japanese over the intercom and after the fourth alarm they made an announcement in English to not worry. A little bit of a disruptive sleep but at least it didn't affect our Disney days.

We absolutely love this hotel and my kids wished we could stay there forever. One thing for sure, we would book this hotel again in future if going to Disney. 1. Location is good. Surrounded by malls and bridges linked to the malls. Never have to walk out far. Super accessible to shopping and food. There is also a Lawson at the lobby, which is a convenience store with lots of food and drink options and other necessities. There is a train station but we didn’t take it 2. Room we booked with 4 beds is large and spacious. The dining table helps as we often ate in as we have young kids. 3. The toiletries selection is amazing. They have a store at the lobby and u can pick what u need including hair oils, bath salts, PJs, cutleries and more. Wide selection. 4. The restaurants serve buffet food. Selection of food is decent along with the price. The lounge also serves free snacks and drinks (including alcoholic beverages) which u can take to ur room too. Snacks are mainly sweets, nuts, biscuits and candy floss. Drinks are soft drinks, slushies and tea/coffee. Alcoholic drinks. 5. Lots of washer and dryer machines in the lobby 6. Locker area to store ur luggage but if can’t fit then just let receptionist know 7. As a partner hotel for Disney they provide shuttle services very 10 mins or so. Convenient Hotel view is great. Das Hotel ist in einer schönen, ruhigen Lage mit allen Einrichtungen in der Nähe für einen entspannten Aufenthalt in Tokio. Es ist ein sauberes und komfortables Hotel (4/5 Sternbewertung). Die luxuriösen Zimmer sind mit en suite Badezimmer, Toiletten, A/C, Heizung, Flachbild-TV, Tee/Kaffee-Anlage, täglicher Zimmerservice und so weiter. Auch kostenfreie Kaffee- und Teeangebote sind täglich im Loungebereich im Erdgeschoss verfügbar. Der U-Bahnhof Kasai ist nur eine Minute von dem Hotel entfernt, um Attraktionen/Interesses in Tokio zu besuchen. Der Busbahnhof ist auch in der Nähe von KFC gelegen, um auf den internationalen Flughäfen Narita & Haneda zu reisen. Restaurants, fast food outlets like kfc/McDonald, convenience stores etc are all located nearby. The Buffet style breakfast provided (with a very limited selection) could have been a bit better though. Besonders am Tag unserer Abreise um 06:30 Uhr morgens servierte das Restaurant Frühstück, aber es war kein Buffet-Stil, stattdessen japanisches Obento Box-Mahl serviert mit Rice, Veggies, Stück Fisch etc, das war natürlich auch kalt. (Das wäre vielleicht für Mittagessen ok gewesen!) Die meisten Übersee-Gäste, darunter wir gab es einen Miss. Das Restaurant ist auch ziemlich klein in Kapazität und Gäste sind in Batchs von etwa 25 Personen zu einem Zeitpunkt erlaubt, zum Frühstück zu sitzen. Wenn Sie also spät sind, müssen Sie sich der Warteschlange anschließen und geduldig warten oder sie missen, wenn Sie sich in der Eile zu verlassen. Daher gibt es in dieser Frage sicher Raum für Verbesserungen für das Hotel. Aber neben diesem ist Ilfiore ein schönes, komfortables Hotel in Tokyo, wie erwähnt. Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Il fiore bedeutet -- die Blume! Nun, wir waren glücklich, während unseres Aufenthalts in Japan einige der Cherry Blossom zu bezeugen! Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Japan. Die Spionage ist nicht im Wein, die meisten gehen hauptsächlich nach Disney, die Lage ist nicht sehr gut, aber mit dem Rettungspaket, 1. Es gibt einen Shuttlebus, direkt nach 2 Parks und den Reihenfolgen, 2 Hotels sind in den Bequemlichkeitsladen eingetreten, Disney ist nach dem Spiel zurück in das Hotel mit Wildfüttern, 3 Es gibt ein großes Casino und kostenloses Comic, ein Hotel, das einen Versuch wert ist

Das Hotel ist etwas klein, aber die Einrichtungen sind komplett. Der Hall bietet kostenlose Kaffee und Badezubehör. Das Frühstück ist sehr zu Hause, zu Fuß von der U-Bahn-Station 5-10 Minuten, die Geschäftestraße in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station kann ein bisschen gepflastert werden. Nicht Wochenende ist billig.

This is definitely a higher class hotel comparing to the next door comfort suites. We did stayed 2 nights at comfort suites before moving to this Hyatt property. Everything is more upscaled and with the club lounge access, the breakfast is buffet in the main area which is great. Afternoon cocktail was ok, not the greatest selection, especially in terms of seafood types of food, but reasonable. We usually come here for early breakfast(6:30-7:00am) and it was great. But if you come around 9am, there'll be a line to get in. The shuttle schedule to Disneyland/Disneysea is quite less than that in Comfort Suites and they have a weird coding system with circle & square notations on additional shuttles which is confusing to me. That said, they do have shuttle to/from the train station, which Comfort suites does not have at all. I think you can take Comfort Suites' shuttle if the schedule at Tokyo bay does not work for you... We did use the coin operated washer/dryer in Comfort Suites before moving here which is very convenient. As we walked around, there's a bigger laundromat nearby(5 minutes walk).

Wir liebten das Hotel während unseres Aufenthalts. Das Zimmer war klein, aber größer als ein typischer japanischer Standard und sollte kein Problem für ein Paar sein. Alle Zimmerraum wurde effizient genutzt. Das Zimmer hatte einen Kühlschrank und einen Heißbecher. Es gibt viele elektrische Ausgänge, zum Beispiel an den Betten. Fensterblind war beeindruckend, so dass es völlig dunkel war, als wir auf den Blinden gelegt. Free WiFi war sehr schnell und wir hatten kein Problem mit dem Netzwerk. Auf der zweiten Etage war eine Eismaschine sowie eine Mikrowelle verfügbar. Die Lobby war klein. Aus der Lobby waren Ausstattung zu sammeln. Das Personal war sehr nett mit einem guten Befehl von Englisch. Der U-Bahnhof Nishi-Kasai Tokyo war ein Steinwurf vom Hotel. Es gibt Y's Mart um die Ecke. Aeon (einen viel größeren Markt) ist 10 Minuten entfernt, wenn man geht. Einige kleinere Fragen sind natürlich Tokyo Zentrum ist etwas weit, etwa 40 Minuten pro U-Bahn. Sie haben keine Wasserflaschen, die wir nicht gedacht, weil der vernünftige Preis. Insgesamt genossen wir den Aufenthalt und würden zurückkommen, wenn wir eine Chance haben zu besuchen.

Ich lebe in einer Familienreise. (Erwachsene ３ Menschen ＋１ ältere Tochter) Das Hotel ist sehr nah an der Station. Sehr nah. Die Leute auf der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und die Aufenthaltsverfahren sind sehr reibungslos. Das Zimmer ist sauber und sauber. Ich habe ein wenig Angst vor dem ersten Mal, dass ich im ２ ２ Zimmer wohne, aber selbst wenn meine Tochter sich umdreht, kann ich meine Zeit ruhig verbringen, ohne Angst vor dem Zufall aus dem Bett zu haben. Das Badezimmer und das Badezimmer sind getrennt, das ist sehr gut. Es gibt einen Schalentrockner im Zimmer, ich bin froh, dass ich den Schalen trockne. Ich möchte wieder Chancen schaffen und bleiben.

the staff were all kind, they let us check in earlier than the allowed check in time when I beg to have the room because my son gets a little sick from our long trip. They were all accomodating and we will definitely refer hotel Green Tower to our friends. Kudos and thank you!

Das Hotel fühlt sich an wie ein glänzendes altes Luxushotel. Es gibt einen kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer und einen Wasserkocher. Wi-Fi muss jedes Mal verbunden sein, wenn Sie das Hotel betreten oder verlassen. Auch als das WLAN gelegentlich unterbrochen wurde und ich beim Anschauen des Videos nicht aufpasste, wechselte ich zu meinem eigenen Giga (ich bemerkte, als ich benachrichtigt wurde, dass ich ○ Giga überschritten hatte). Ich habe es bis 22:00 oder 23:00 mit Ionen in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß gemacht. Als ich reservierte, um eine Decke auszuleihen, bereitete er sie für mich vor. Die Anzahl der aufeinanderfolgenden Übernachtungen ist unentschieden, und als ich eine Reservierung durch Aufteilung auf mehrere Tage (mehrmals) vorgenommen habe, habe ich einen Fehler gemacht und eine Reservierung für einen Tag zum Rauchen vorgenommen, aber bitte beachten Sie es.
