The people working in the hotel are great, they are very friendly and helpful! The room in general is very clean, but the hotel has many flies flying around, especially during breakfast, there are many flies just lying on the bread and also flying around our food. Location from the hotel to city center is around 20~30 minutes walk, and there is a bus passing by the hotel every 20~30 minutes as well, for us it is alright, but we need to check the schedule to make sure we don't miss the bus, otherwise we will need to wait another 30 minutes for next bus or just walk to the city center.

Es ist spät, die Schlüssel wurden in der Eingangshalle reserviert, die beiden Einzelbetten im Außenbereich bilden ein Doppelbett, das andere ist ein Etagenbett, alles andere ist in Ordnung, die Nachttischlampe ist zu blendend und sie ist geöffnet, um Menschen anzusehen Die Dinge waren lange Zeit grün

Es ist das zufriedenstellendste Hotel der Schweiz und liegt ganz in der Nähe des Supermarkts und des Bahnhofs Interlaken. Es ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Auch das Zimmer war groß und sehr sauber.

Hotel Chalet Swiss, danke! Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Ihnen. Vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter, die sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit waren. Sehr saubere Unterkunft und das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt. In der Nähe von Bus- und Bahnhof Interlaken West. Sehr zufriedenstellendes Frühstück. Sie geben eine blaue Karte für eine kostenlose Busfahrt. Ich würde definitiv wieder hier übernachten. Danke Hotel Chalet Swiss❤️❤️❤️🇨🇭

Gesundheit: sauber Einrichtung: Keine Leitung, ein Mann hat einen großen Gepäckschrank im dritten Stock 🥹 Dienst: Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich, aber das Restaurant im ersten Stock des Hotels weiß nicht, ob es ein Hotel ist, und der Gastgeber ist arrogant.

I always like to be honest in my reviews. As a solo traveller of 71 years I booked a single room, which was on the top floor. The lift only went up to the second floor but on my arrival my suitcase was taken up to my room for me. The room was small but had everything I needed, even a writing desk and a washbasin. I am a light sleeper and the only downside to this room was that the bed is right next to the wall of the room next door, which could really do with more sound proofing. I was there for a week and had a variety of changes to that room next door, some very loud. Lucky for me, I took silicone earplugs with me. The room also had a sloping ceiling, where the eaves are. I am only 5'4” and banged my head a few times. BUT the view from the window was worth it. See photo. FABULOUS!!!! I really enjoyed my stay. The owner Jean-Louis always greeted me in the morning, when I had my early morning cuppa before breakfast. Armed was always there to help too. The breakfast was excellent with a vast array of food to suit most peoples' needs. This ranging from cereals with dried fruits and nuts, cheese and meats, bacon and scrabbled egg, yoghurts, many different breads and croissants, jams and fresh fruit. This topped up with freshly made coffee and tea at your table. There is also an area where the hotel provides quality teas of so many different types and a machine that prepares freshly ground coffee whenever you want it. Milk is provided too. I could fault this hotel and I would like to thank everyone for making my stay and pleasant and enjoyable one. I look forward to my return when in Switzerland.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Flusses und bietet eine wunderschöne Landschaft. Es ist 10 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt und der Bahnhof Interlaken West liegt direkt gegenüber auf der anderen Flussseite. Die Fenster lassen sich öffnen, um die Aussicht zu genießen. Exzellenter Wert für Geld.

The Aarburg Hotel & Café is a charming little spot in Interlaken, just a 15-minute walk from Interlaken West train station. While it’s tempting to take the shortcut, I’d recommend sticking to the main road, especially in snowy weather—it’s much easier for pulling luggage. Check-in was smooth and efficient, but do note there are no lifts in this cozy hotel. Carrying heavy bags up the narrow stairs was a bit of a workout, so pack light if you can. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the coffee—it lived up to all the glowing Google reviews. Breakfast was simple but wholesome, with fresh bread, croissants, yogurt, and healthy toppings like dried berries, almonds, and chia seeds. The café is pet-friendly, so don’t be surprised to see a few furry friends around. The room itself was modest but comfortable. However, as the building is wooden, sounds tend to carry. We wondered if we were bothering other occupants but thankfully, no complaints! The location is peaceful, away from the main road, though the church bells that sound at intervals through the night was a little disturbing on the first night. With a supermarket near the train station for quick snacks and essentials, this hotel is both convenient and quiet. Perfect for couples looking for a laid-back stay. I’d happily book here again if I return to Interlaken.
