Super 8 by Wyndham Eau Claire I-94

Worst experience ever. Stay away. The low prices offered by cheap motel chains is so enticing, but never worth it. You get what you pay for... horrible service, awful accommodations. Spend a little more to avoid a place like this Super 8. or by an RV.

Each staff member was rude and not only that because I was using 3rd party sites to get discounts they told me I couldn't make another reservation. I was getting to much discounts as he worded it. Couldn't believe it. Then weird stuff splattered on the one room wall and weird blue stuff splattered on bathroom wall and they claim it don't come off, that's how it is. They harassment during breakfast of everyone was pathetic, asking everyone for room number and name, each day. Never again. O and how they treated a disabled person was a disgrace.

This motel pleasently surprised us with it's charming ambiance and exceptional comfort. Often underrated this hidden gem offers a peaceful retreat. The staff went above and beyond to ensure and welcome Greeting with us with warm smiles and helpful advice. The room itself was impeccably clean and a provide an haven of comfort with a bed that felt like fluffy cloud they provided all the amenities, while not lavish the breakfast provided the perfect start to our day and was included in the affordable price. Super 8 exceeded our expectations in every aspect offering a budget friendly stay without compromising on comfort or hospitality. It's a true gem that deserves recognition for it's exceptional offerings

I had a wonderful stay at Super 8 Motel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I appreciated the modern amenities and convenient location. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend Super 8.

I chose this modest budget hotel because I needed a place to sleep while coming home from a work trip. If you're looking for a warm & friendly welcome, you won't find it here. In fact, I'd say it was brusque. Not even a smile. That being said, my room was clean and my bed was super comfortable. The hotel is showing some scuffs, wear & tear. I rarely eat complimentary hotel breakfasts. The one here could be charitably described as basic. Good news, there is a McDonald's across the highway. if I needed a no frills place just to sleep, I'd stay here again.

I’ve check in late tonight 2/3. Front desk women (she said her name is Mary but I’m not sure) charged me higher price then price on web site, she didn’t let me to make a reservation on line because it was after midnight, which is normally allowed because I travel a lot and I know it. After letting me to check out at 11:30 she said she going to charge me $20 if I will check out at 12. While I traveling I always ask to check out at 12, and never had an issues, NEVER. The hotel rooms was not sold out and looked pretty much empty what is the reason for the obstinacy? these half an hour were very necessary for me after a long road. it really ruined my holiday. Will never stay at Super 8 again whatever I am traveling in order to avoid this situation

I recently stayed at Super 8, Eau Claire, just off of I-94. I've stayed at this hotel before and my expectations were met regarding my stay. It is a comfortable space and I get a good night's rest. I don't use the amenities, other than the television set because my goal is a good night's rest before getting on the road very early in the morning. The hotel is clean, staff are cordial, rooms/beds are comfortable and only occasionally am I bothered by road noise from I-94.

Positives: The room was clean, albeit small. The bed was fine and there was hot water in the shower. It is convenient to fast food/gas. We checked in at 10pm and the front desk gentleman was professional. Negatives: The dead bolt didn’t lock properly or easily. The refrigerator was off so while we waited for it to get cold our food wasn’t kept cold. When we reserved the room we asked for a quiet room. We were on the back of the hotel and the road noise was very loud. The ac had to be kept off as it was even worse in terms of being loud, so the room temperature was uncomfortable. Oddly, you can hear the ac units running underneath you (we were on the second floor) on the outside of the building all night as well. Horrible night sleep trying to travel cross country. Breakfast was a few yogurts, small muffins, apples, juices , 6 oatmeal packets, and make it yourself pancakes that we couldn’t find the mix for. We skipped breakfast. The morning front desk could care less when I shared my concerns. No apologies. We won’t stay again and I don’t recommend the hotel.

Things were clean. Beds are comfortable. Sheets are very soft. Room had been updated with new carpeting, TV, fixtures. Check in easy and pleasant. Quiet all night. Breakfast is a little light, but ready on time at 6 AM.
