Really average experience, the price should justify a better stay. No air-conditioning either, and quite noisy near a main road, so having the window open is not great. Staff were all friendly, but this felt like a real budget experience at a price where I would expect to be comfortable.

Warmly and professionally welcomed by Cleo on reception. Room clean, warm and perfectly acceptable. Very conveniently located to drive in Cleethorpes for fish and chips on the sea front. We were looked after like family by Jannine at breakfast the following morning (after a great sleep in a comfortable bed) which was beautifully cooked by Drew. Cannot fault the stay. Great value for money

Stay at Grimsby premier inn for 1 week. Had a lovely welcome on arrival receptionist was amazing, food was amazing very quick and the bar lady jannine was so helpful and polite. 100% would recommend people to stay here. 10/10. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR SOMEWHERE TO STAY FOR BUSINESS OR PLEASURE.

Had Breakfast which was great service was amazing as always by Jannine nothing ever too much trouble, thank you jannine. And thanks to Drew the chef food was gorgeous. Thoroughly enjoyable experience and will definitely be returning very soon.

The usual premier Inn experience in terms of room etc. quiet and in accessible area with free parking. We are in the restaurant next door in the evening of our stay and had breakfast next morning. Good food and drink. The service in the hotel was very good. Staff were helpful and friendly. They had a raffle for great or mind street and a book sale. Reasonable price and comfortable stay.

Having visited this Premier Inn before we knew what to expect. Breakfast was cooked to order and was lovely. My one complaint is with the quality of the hand towel. It was very thin and had a hole in it. I would use this towel for housework, not give it to a guest.

The food was excellent both evening meal and breakfast it was cooked and presented perfectly. Our waitress in the morning was Jannine and the chef was called Drew who both did a fantastic job. We would recommend this Premier Inn restaurant and look forward to our next visit. Alvin & Wendy Patten.

Bath was dirty on the sides (realised 3h after checking in) and one light was not working however to me this was not the main issue. Once I came home I come to find out I have a YEAST INFECTION and my partner developed a rash around his bottom and private . The cleanliness was disgusting to say the least. I am extremley upset that I had to pay for this type of experience. I work in a hotel so i understand why the housekeeping department would be in a rush to clean rooms however if there is a lack of staff it’s the company’s job to hire them so that THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN
