Very bad and rude behaviour of staff with poor food quality

staff start abusing me because i asked why u don't accept card payment very poor experience please i recommend don't stay at their hotel

Very cheap hotel totally waste of money when i m check in i saw the room so dirty too small not worthed and according to room charges are too high. And when i say chnge my room i want other room all rooms are dirty so i check out immediately my all money is waste and also hotel staff not talk to right way not response not attend the client very bad behaviour

The stay at Hathili was good. The restaurant serves good food. The location of the property is the best as it is very close to Mahakaleshwar Temple.

Extremely rude and disrespectful staff. They refused to give an extra cot for our old mother and forced us into getting another room

Our recent stay at Hotel Hatili in Ujjain was unfortunately a very negative experience, • Rude Staff: The hotel staff were consistently rude and unhelpful throughout our stay. • Restaurant Restrictions: The restaurant inexplicably prohibited guests from bringing and consuming their own food, which we found to be unreasonable and inconvenient, • U npleasant Room Conditions: The bedsheets in our room were in poor condition and aesthetically unappealing. • Late Check-out Issues: Despite requesting a late check-out due to a late arrival, we encountered significant difficulties. A lack of coordination within the hotel's management led to a very rude and unpleasant check-out experience. The hotel management even resorted to sending cleaning staff to our room to pressure us to leave immediately, despite only being slightly late. worst part is they dont keep packaged water of known brands, instead they fill local water and labels their own hotel name and gives. so you end up paying local water even after being charged for bottled water. Overall: We were extremely disappointed with our stay. The poor service and unpleasant atmosphere made for a highly unsatisfactory experience. We would not recommend this hotel to other travelers.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We walked in and booked a AC room for 2 nights for Rs. 6000. No windows in the room so we asked twice if AC was working and we were assured they were. To our surprise, AC didn’t work in any of the rooms. They have intentionally turned off the cooling. They lied to us. No refunds were offered for the inconvenience. Instead of apologizing, front desk manager was extremely rude and mannerless, surely need customer service lessons.
