A 150yearold traditional inn nestled quietly in the woods 90 minutes by car from Shinjuku The first farmhouse inn in Uenohara City Yamanashi Prefecture The vacant house which was in tatters was revived through woodwork small bamboo dance clay walls and earthen floor sanwatsuchi There are 3 rooms If you remove the door you can use it as one large room All rooms are tatami mats so it is safe for small children We welcome threegeneration rentals reunions bringin events and smallscale corporate training
It will be an overnight stay There is also a refrigerator so please bring food and drinks
Because there are people living nearby we ask that you consider noise after 2100 We do not welcome guests who just want to make a fuss
Pets are 1500 yen per pet
Additional charges will apply if we find someone other than the person who made the reservation
Please refrain from open fires

良かった点は囲炉裏があった事のみ
良くなかった点はとにかく寒い、暖房器具が少ない、外気との遮断が悪くて外で寝てるようだった。
たぶん、夏はもっと辛いと思う。遮断されないから虫も入って来ると思う。
お家の説明もなく、手探りで過ごした。お風呂がないのは分かってはいたがシャワーを使ってるときに台所の水道は使えない不便あり。
板の間が荒くて、足に木のささくれが刺さるアクシデントあり。
排水溝の流れが悪い、ずっと詰まってる感じ。
古民家と分かってお借りしたがもう少しリューアルしていただいた方がいいと思う。玄関や様々なところにカーテンがなく、外から丸見えが気になる。
カーテンがなくても雨戸か二重窓にするなどの工夫もあっていいと思います。
チェックインの時間は問題ないがチェックアウトの時間10:00は早い気がする。洗面所が一つしかないので大勢で行くと慌てながら仕度をしましたので11:00退出であれば良かった感じがします。
残念ながら連泊したいと思う場所ではなかったです。

静かでとても良い雰囲気のところでした。ホストの方も親切で、丁寧に対応してくれました。子供たちも楽しんでました。
