I liked the location which is just 8 mins walking distance from sri krishna math. The front desk people and the restaurant people were very courteous. The room was near and clean and we were upgraded to a better room too. The best part was the breakfast at the veg restaurant. Each and every item was delicious and tasty. I would recommend people to stay here.

We had a very nice experience. The property was very close to the main entrance of the temple, clean and well maintained. Rooms were roomy and neat, Bathroom was very spacious and well maintained. The restaurant had good options too. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The resort falls short of expectations when it comes to basic amenities, which affects the overall experience. For instance, they don’t provide essentials like toothpaste or a toothbrush. The check-in time is quite late (2:00 PM), which can be inconvenient for guests. Upon entering our room, we found that the phone wasn’t working, and there was no hot water available—only warm water, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the water theme park is the highlight of the resort. It’s a great attraction for families with small children, and kids are sure to have a lot of fun there. Overall, my experience was average due to the lack of proper facilities and services, despite the enjoyable water park.

The hotel staff were very helpful, the location of the hotel is perfece and the parking space is very nice. However, The following things can be improved in the hotel. 1. Providing water bottle - Half litre water bottles ( non branded, or may be I will call it locally branded ) were provided. This can be replaced with a one litre branded water bottles so that as a guest I am very comfortable with the brand that I am using. 2. The AC in the room was having a little smell, I believe it is due to the AC machine which is old enough now for replacement, this can be fixed to make the guest feel more relaxed at the room 3. Since the booking was done, breakfast was complimentary, However, when we visited the breakfast counter, the ambience looked as if the breakfast was more of a obligatory event for the hotel. Choice of food was very less and also the quality of Dosa items especially were pathetic, the sourness in the dosa batter was evident in the smell of the food. Even though this was informed, at the counter itself, I did not get any response which made me feel that as a guest I am not being treated properly.

This is the best location resort in udupi. Right at tbe backwater 2 min to the sea. Very peaceful place. And well maintained property. Full of tropical plants and good structures in the garden you ll feel really great staying here. My chekin experience was very soomth thanks to mr deepak for tbe hospitality and making the stay experience perfect by giving the perfect logoon facing room. The infinitypool was very clean and we had good experience. The restaurant is also great and gfood was delicious. We have tried some local dish suggested by chef and it was amazing. Stay at the hotel swadesh heritage was good. Good room with all facilities except the desired tv english channels which otherwise are watched by tourists traveling from states accross. Anyways slight attention is required in this respect. All thanks to make-my trip for quick help and information needed. All the best.
