Hotel Drona Palace

The staff was not cooperative we do not feel comfortable at all food was awful there was not tasty and hygiene

Hotel was good, but transport facilities nearby is not gud

I was put up here because another hotel had all its rooms full. I stayed here only for a night in Jan 2023. There was a noisy party going on, at the ground floor hall. So I asked for a room away from the noise. Still this hotel checked me into a room on second floor where I could hear the noise aloud. The hotel did the following cheap tricks: they turned off the electricity of the bathroom lighting, charging points and feigned ignorance; got to know that they turn off from outside the room. It was a cold night and they gave a room heater on-demand, cut off its electricity remotely after half an hour. In the morning when I had to check out, the elevator was switched off; same cheap trick. The food was OK and the room looked ill-maintained. I will not stay here again.

hotel drona rooms are very nice as per it's cost and it's service is really appreciable,but the restaurant and food service is very poor, they take huge time to deliver food , either they have less staff in their restaurant due to which they take huge time , needs to work on it.
