Sterling holidays Hotels in Udaipur

Property location is ok. Good part is it is easily accessible. No lake view. Restaurant is on roof top. Y he food was nothing exceptional. Service was good & staff attentive. Royal suite is huge but lacks amenities. Pool was small. Garden was well maintained. The was a private residence in between 2 wings of the hotel and one has to access these 2 wings video the driveway as they are not interconnected.

Beautiful hotel. However we asked the guy in dinning to check if our room have dinner. He said yes and asked us to come 7:30pm for dinner. While we were eating other staff asked the guy what is their room number. We overhead that the guy (can’t remember his name) said let them eat since they have already started. He ignored us because he knew that he gave us wrong information. We appreciated for nice dinner and left but one of staff ran (Meena)to us at pool area and asked as to sign the invoice. We asked why when the guy said we can eat after checking our room number. She said it’s for our record. However when I checked out staff member Ohi asked us to pay 3098 Inr. We were getting late as our transport was waiting. We didn’t fuss about it and paid it because we are not clear on our checkout.  I just want the hotel to refund this cost because it’s not our mistake.
